+ 0 moreDan and Monty worked very hard with us. We broke ground in Oct. of 2005 and moved in to our new home in 2008 and the wait was worth every minute!
Description of Work: Dan Cowan built our steel framed house and we have been thrilled with it since we moved into it. Our house 6,482 sq. ft. heated and 7,000 sq. ft. under roof. We have radiated heated floors and our heating and cooling cost are very low. We also had Dan and his son prepare our house for the spiral staircase that was on the floor plan. My husband and I are very please with the results of that project also! Thanks Dan and Monty for the great job!
