The work went extremely well. Mathew at Crescent Ridge provided multiple quotes as we settled in on the actual scope of work. Once the scope of the entire job was defined, priced, and agreed upon all of the work was done in a timely fashion. The ONLY hiccup during the entire process was a slight "mis" or lack of communication that occurred after the deposit was made. Most communication up until the deposit was "spot on" by email and phone. Admittedly I was a bit nervous after making my first contractor deposit of a large amount and I didn't receive what I thought (only in my mind) would be an immediate acknowledgment and start date scheduling. Only after calling Mathew a few days after the deposit was made did I actually find out when the start date of the project would be. However it was explained that the miscommunication was due to the need for a range of time for the utility companies to mark the buried cables on the property. I attribute most of this as my over-reaction and accept my role in it. Other than this all of the time the Crescent Ridge folks were onsite they were prompt, efficient, and thorough. I couldn't have been more pleased. I have had several folks ask who did the work and I would imagine from what they did will get residual business. My next project is a stone or paver patio under my deck in the backyard and I have no doubt that I will be using Mathew and the folks at Crescent Ridge.

As planned, Matthew was very professional and explained everything beforehand. Pricing was competitive compared to other quotes I received. I decided to not include extra sod for my install, but would recommend it if you don't want to wait a few extra weeks for the grass to grow back from trenching. I'm ok with it. Sprinkler heads were well placed and everything is functioning well. Time will tell, but I feel confident it'll last.

They had a great price, awesome quickness, and the work was outstanding and beautiful. It is the highlight of the neighborhood.

The guys were very professional and kept good communication throughout the process. They did everything at a very reasonable rate. Our backyard was a dump before Crescent Ridge came in and now we will be proud to have friends and family by to enjoy our new space.

All three projects went great! I am very pleased with Matthew (owner) and his crew. Matthew is very responsive. He promptly replies to text messages, emails and phone calls, and takes the time to thoroughly answer questions. Matthew is also very reliable. He arrived at the scheduled time, and he and/or his crew worked steadily and constantly. I no longer have a drainage/erosion in my backyard. The dry creek bed was the perfect solution (and it is an attractive addition to the yard). I love the new look of my front yard. The sod and new plants look wonderful. I continue to utilize the services of Crescent Ridge Landscapes for my landscaping needs. Matthew is a honest, hardworking young man with an awesome company!

I'd give them a B due to the differences in the contract. The first company had a more detailed contract on how they would perform the work and what they were going to be responsible for and not be responsible for. The second company's contract wasn't just specific. They had a bad offer as far as the costs. I would consider them.

Matt from Crescent Ridge Landscaping did a wonderful job. He did everything I asked him to do. He did not forget any of the details and he did not need to be watched to make sure he did everything we discused. His work was excellant. I have other jobs to be done, in the future, and Crescent Ridge will be the people to do them.

Matthew was very responsive his team did a beautiful job! His team mowed our lawns, cleaned up and mulched all of our beds and shaped up all of our hedges and shrubs. He oversaw everything his team did and we are very pleased with how our property looks! He also explained that an area in our back yard could use some regrading, so we are planning on doing that with his company in the spring. We have found it to be very hard getting good landscaping service in our area, but Matthew and his team are great and reliable and they provide high quality services, even explaining things along the way. Great work and great experience working with them!

Matthew was very professional and responsive. While my project was delayed because of weather, he came out as soon as the rain stopped and completed my rather large project in a day and a half. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. My once abysmal yard now looks great!

Everything went well, I wanted to decide on all products in the beginning, however Matt explained that once the old material was gone and the area cleared, I might reconsider my choices. He was right. It was easier to decide on what type of fencing I wanted after the area was void of all plants and structures. It's been 8 months since the work was done and I'm still happy with my choices. In fact he's continuing to help me with other landscaping jobs.

We contracted Crescent Ridge in April and they have been continually excellent. Matthew, the owner, has been on site a lot and in constant communication with the HOA office. His work looks great and he is very friendly and professional. Since contracting Crescent Ridge in April, we have had no complaints from residents, which is a blessing, since all of the past landscapers have been so slack. We appreciate the company's work and look forward to a many years with them.

I contacted them through the link on Angie's List, asking them if they would provide me with a quote. I included preferred times in that email but they may not have seen that. I received a reply asking me to let them know when I wanted the appointment. I sent emails on May 28th, August 10th, August 12th and finally called on August 13th. I was never offered a time when they COULD come by, just rejecting my suggested appointment dates. they did return my call one time and left a message. I called back promptly and they never returned the call. Of the three companies we contacted, this is the only one that was going to charge for the visit. they were also the only one did not come out. We have narrowed our search down to two other companies, also rated well on Angie's List, and will be signing a large contract with one of them this week.

Crescent Ridge did a fantastic job. They were very responsive when I called for a quote, and offered several very useful suggestions on how to make our project work out better when they came out to give us an estimate. They had the most competitive price for the amount of work we decided to have done. They showed up on time on the day they were scheduled to come, and worked steadily until the job was completed. It totally transformed our back yard! We are thrilled with the results! And everyone involved in the project was a pleasure to work with. They were also very careful to not disturb our existing beds and carefully transplanted a couple of azaleas that had to be moved to make way for the grading equipment. I highly recommend Crescent Ridge Landscaping and will definitely use them again for any additional landscaping we may need in the future.

My initial phone call was returned promptly, and an appointment was set for Matthew Underwood to come survey my property. He also asked for a desctiption of what I wanted done and what my budget was at this initial conversation. He arrived promptly for the meeting at my house and spent an appropriate amont of time discussing what he could do, what it would cost, and how we could adjust the plan to come close to my budget. The day we met again to begin work, he arrived promptly with the mulch materials and unloaded them. His workers arrived later and began to prepare the yard for grading while he and I discussed types of shrubs to use for the foundation planting and how to arrange them. They finished the grading that day, and told me that they would be finished the next day. The next day they were indeed finished, and everything was done almost exactly as we had discussed. We had not originally discussed the pine straw in the long island in front of the house, but he used the left over pine sraw to accomplish that, and it made it look wonderful, covering up a lot of scrub materials that were visible before. I could not be more pleased with his work, attitude and professionalism. This young man has a great future in landscaping, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who has landscaping work to do. As he said, he wasn't the cheapest, but his work and the reliability he displayed makes his compamny well worth a little extra cost.

They were punctual and interacted with the home owner. They were willing to discuss, and give suggestions which were helpful. All work was completed within the timeframe.

I was looking to get my yard cleaned up , all my scrubs and plants were overgrown. Needed it all trimmed back. I emailed them, specifically Matt Underwood, response was immediate. (wow!.) He said he could help with what I wanted done. A 2 man crew would be 75/hr, but he ended up coming with a 3 man crew at 110/hr. They did above and beyond what I expected. I still have a few higher trees they weren't able to do, because the truck was full of everything he had cut down. For all the work, the amt was 265, which included a haul away fee.,which I thought was very reasonable. I will definitely have them back again.

I contacted Crescent Ridge Landscapes for an estimate on cleaning up our property. We have just over 6 acres, but the property closest to the house needed help. My husband and I had started to remove shrubs, etc. until my husband became ill. Matthew came out and listened, really listened, to what I felt needed to be done. He also had some great suggestions. Matthew gave me an estimate on the spot. I hired him immediately. The backyard is like a giant pine island - or two or three. There were a lot of downed limbs and underbrush. There was at least one dead pine back by the shed. We could barely see the shed from the house due to all the underbrush. The far side yard was in the same condition. All the foundation shrubs were overgrown. Some were dead, and a lot had been overrun by honeysuckle vines. Not pretty. There was a big pine on the house side of the driveway that needed to be removed. Matthew also suggested removing several other pines which were too close to the driveway. It took Matthew and his crew worked three hard days in the heat & humidity to clear it all up. They were amazing! The property hasn't looked this good in years. I've hired Crescent Ridge Landscapes for regular yard maintenance starting next month. I also look forward to working with Matthew on a landscape design to replace the foundation plantings and possibly do some hardscape.

Crescent Ridge Landscapes, LLC. did very well. They came out and responded pretty quickly. They went with the scheduled time. It went well. They haven't done anything for me yet. They quoted me $22000 for what I needed them to do. I like the owner. He is knowledgeable and professional. He showed me the work that needed to be done.

They were very good. The man that came out was very nice. I will use them again in the future.
