Description of Work: Repaired my septic system for much less than other companies. The competition offered only 1 solution - complete replacement of my septic field. Arnold's approach was a bypass of the one small section that was blocked. It was such common sense that I am sure the other companies could have offered the same solution. Uncommon integrity in a industry that seems to seriously lacking.

We tried remediation, and most companies suggested replacing the whole system and replacing all the lines. Arnold came out with a completely different suggestion of adding a lot of lines, and so far it has worked wonderfully.
