Excellent! I contacted Roger when I had an emergency! I had a wasp/hornet nest in my tree. He could hear the panic in my voice and didn't have an appointment, but said he would come at the end of the day. He came, took the nest away and did a great job. Problem solved. He was so nice, knowledgeable and efficient. I'm definitely going to continue to use this company for termites and pest control.
