Guy was okay but my carpet is not as clean as I wanted it. Guy said it did not clean well because of the carpet fabric. I did not call them back but I probably should have. We had a death in the family the day after I had them cleaned so I never really got a chance to call them.

I contacted Clean and Tidy to ask about grout cleaning, and they sent someone out to see if they could clean the grout in my shower. I have used them before for carpet cleaning and they did a good job. This is the first time I have ever tried someone for grout cleaning. What I have is grout that has not been sealed in a long time, and as a result lots of yuck has gotten in there. The worker was very friendly and professional, brought in the equipment for cleaning, worked on a large section of shower wall for a few minutes, but then decided it was not working good enough to make it worth our time. He cleaned up nicely and did not charge me anything for the trial, which was wonderful. It is nice to know that we tried and that I need to go another route with the grout.

They did an excellent job from answering the phone promptly to cleaning all the carpets in our home. We have a large ~ 7000 sq foot house though it is not all carpeted. The quote they gave us was great and the man (I think his name is Craig) who cleaned our carpets was very professional and did an excellent and thorough job. The price I listed above is from memory so may not be completely accurate but I remember it being a very reasonable price, lower than expected. Craig worked hard to get some stains out and left us a bottle of spot cleaner to use later. He was very personable as well and even gave us a tomato from his garden. We thought the price was great and we had done a lot of comparison shopping. The cleaning process they used was environmentally safe, left no odor or residue and is safe for pets. We would definitely use their services again.

They have decent prices, but not the best. I use them when I have to have the carpets stretched. They do a fantastic job with that. It's a specialized service. I give them the keys to the house because I trust them. They have been in business for quite some time. They do a good job, but they are a little expensive.
