+ -1 moreThank you to David and Sam Sherman of Plumbing and Mechanical Services, Inc for your professional and much needed assistance. My son came downstairs to our kitchen and dining room flooded. I managed to locate the leak and turn the water off. Problem was I couldn’t get the water turned back on . So I go on Facebook this morning looking for recommendations and found that not only could David put me on his schedule ASAP, he was able to find our problem and repair it in record time! Plumbing and Mechanical Services, Inc made the difference when we needed it most ! #brotherskeeper

+ -1 moreI contacted Dave and Sam in reference to a leaking faucet, shower faucet, and a leaking sink in the master bathroom. Not having any knowledge of plumbing I contacted Dave and set up an appointment. I was able to explain the problem to Dave over the phone and he was able to tell me what parts were needed. He was upfront with the price and when he arrived he and Sam were extremely polite, professional and courteous. My hands were full with three young children at the time. Dave and Sam took the time to explain each problem and completed an outstanding job. I will and would recommend Dave and Sam to anyone needing any plumbing and / or mechanical work completed. They will be my go to plumbers for any future problem, inspection, and general maintenance. Words can't describe how pleased I am with the work and how comfortable I felt with them. Great people!!

We contacted Plumbing and Mechanical because of the excellent reviews on Angie's List and were completely pleased with their service. Dave and Samantha are very nice people personally, and they operate their company in a totally professional manner.

+ -1 moreSam and Dave were easy to talk to and work with. We have been looking for a good local plumber, I think we found one. The price was very reasonable as compared to the bigger plumbing outfits I had used in the past.
Description of Work: Water Closet was leaking. They replaced the wax ring which needed to be doubled and had to repair the spanner flange. So a simple replacement was not so simple.

Description of Work: Hired Plumbing and Mechanical Services To Replace An Outside Faucet That needed replacing, also A Tub with leaking water from faucet cartridge, A Toilet that was running constantly. The owners Dave and his wife Sam were very friendly punctual of time given and very professional. The price for work was stated before work began and I was very pleased with the price and quality of work performed and totally cleaned up when completed. Dave and Sam were so good I had them back the next week to repair a toilet that was rocking back and forth and had all the inside mechanism replaced, They also helped me replace a shower head at the same time that was corroded on the pipe and leaking. I was so impressed with them that I told my neighbors about their workmanship and professionalism and one of my neighbors had them out the following week to replace two old fashion toilets that she had bought that needed some new parts and installed and they were diligent on being able to find the new parts needed for the fancy old toilets. My neighbor was just as thrilled as we were with their pricing, friendliness, professionalism and quality of work. definitely the only plumber I will be using from here on out.
