oriental rug cleaning
 + -1 more.I left explicit instructions that the runner should be dry cleaned. Who ever cleaned did so with a rental machine and cleaned it at the dry cleaner faciity on the floor. The chemicals cause the dye from the silk to run. There are splothches all over the runner. Of course teh dry cleaner is blaming the rug cleaner but yet, the dry cleaner allowed the rug cleaner to clean it on the premisis
