 + -1 moreMr. Denard came personally and measured, got back to me on the quote, then gave me an estimation on the week his team would come. The team was thorough and did the work in one day with complete cleanup. They were courteous and professional. It came at a perfect time-just as they left, we received a heavy rainstorm. We were able to see the successful installation at work and were very pleased at how much nicer our home looked after their visit.
Description of Work: Gutters, guards, and downspouts replaced on house after hail storm. I had done research and requested the thicker aluminum materials available.

After contacting Joe Denard, owner of Denard's Construction, he and his team replaced our roof within the 10 day timeframe. They did an excellent job, were very professional and were very interested in quality and customer service.
Description of Work: Replaced our roof for the second time, after having it replaced by a company who used the wrong shingle color.

 + -1 moreJoe and his team were fantastic. He came to examine the roof for the free estimate, sent everything to me over email and was very responsive to all of my questions and issues. They reported to work on-time, despite the early hour, were finished within two days and did an adequate clean up job. They even disposed of a shed for me, without charge. Very professional. I even had a few lingering concerns and Joe drove out to speak to me directly and check the work on the roof, without charge or complaint. Could not have been more pleased. I contacted them initially on the referral of a family member, although I did get estimates form several companies. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Joe's team removed my (20 year) old roof and replaced it with a brand new roof. They also cut ventilation into the roof that wasn't previously there.

Description of Work: Denard's Construction, Inc. replaced the roofing, shingles and installed ridge vent, lowered chimney which was not in use below roof line.

 + 0 moreDenard's does the full scope of repair. Am considering them for more of my projects. Contacted 3 recommended by Angie's List. All were good; one couldn't/wouldn't do fascia/soffit. Denards was the lowest. That was NOT the deciding factor. The others sent estimators; all questions were not answered. Denard owns the business and had all my answers. I really was impressed with the Quality of workmanship of his Crews. How often have you had 4 quality crews with different skills working for one contractor.
Description of Work: Removed old roofing, repaired/replaced roof sheathing as required and re- tarpapered roof. Replaced tarpaper, installed metal flashing in valleys, installed drip edge, re-booted roof penetrations, opened ridge openings for venting and covered roof with 30yr arch shingles. Re-flashed/sealed flashing and step flashing; sealed roof penetrations. Repaired and replaced damaged fascia and soffits with Aluminum(Fascia) and PVC(Soffits). Replaced Gutters with seamless, hanging 6" gutters. Thoroughly cleaned up area; Uses dumpster for old roofing etc. Only opened/replaced roofing that could safely be covered regarding the weather. Very professional. Four(4) different crews worked on repair; 2 roofing, the sheathing/siding and gutter. Totak work took 6 working days. Roofers started at 6am till 3-3:30 (heat of day); others from 8am till 6pm.
