I probably call them once every two months. I called them the last time because there was a question about my bill. They are really bad. They answer the phone, but they are usually not very helpful. If I had any other options, I would not use them again unfortunately, they have a monopoly of the area so I do not have a choice. I think a healthy dose of competition would help them. They could better realign their pricing with the quality of service that they are giving. I feel like I pay a lot of money for very spotty service. My service is slow even though I have what is supposedly the fastest service in my area and the fact that I used to live a quarter-of-a-mile from where I live now and I could get double the speed and I still live in town. It is not like I live rural. It is a significant difference. It is pretty bad.

Description of Work: I called windstream almost a month ago for internet service. I was given 1 date that it would be setup on, but no one ever showed up. So then I proceed to call windstream. At the time of finding myself being passed around I finally asked for a manager. The manager had apology after apology, that's not what I needed or wanted. As time went on my internet goes in and out constantly throughout the day. Windstream is by far the worst company I've ever had service through. Present day my internet is still acting up!!!

We love Windstream. We have had really no problems whatsoever with them. They are very prompt. They are very courteous. They are very punctual. They have excellent service. I have had really no problems. If you have a problem, they will correct it usually within 24 hours. They are very good.
