Best experience ever dealing with a contractor. I hired to remove several trees and some grading. Very responsive and professional. Gave me a price and did not overcharge. I feel they went above and beyond. My neighbors were impressed as well.

I received a very professional and detailed quote for 1.)tree removal and 2.) clean up of an accumulation of leaves and tree limbs outside my fence line, the same day Mike came out to assess the job. Mike and his GS Tree team arrived at my home promptly on the scheduled date and time. They were very professional. Mike was personable and communicated very well. He wanted to ensure my satisfaction with the work completed. A cable on his Bobcat broke as they were more than 3/4 done with the clean up. I paid him for the tree removal, however he insisted I await the completion of the job for the leave and tree debris clean up portion before paying them as he would not be available for approximately 1.5 week due to a pre-planned vacation. I was happy that he could fit me in just before went on vacation. The portion of my property that was cleared out looks 100% better. I look forward to scheduling the completion so that I can pay them for all of their hard work. Thank you.

Mike came over and we reviewed the status of the trees and shrubs in my backyard. He identified 2 trees that were dead and made recommendations regarding the trees and shrubs. He really took time to educate me on what to look for and he never tried to up-sell. He actually told me that most of my shrubs and trees were very healthy. He and his team came over to do the work and did so very quickly, leaving absolutely no mess. Mike is a joy to work with and I felt very comfortable that he was providing great info,. I definitely will recommend him to my neighbors and will hire him again. Great experience.

Hurricane Ida caused damage to oak trees around my home, and one large one uprooted, fell and cracked my gas meter,causing gas fumes inside my home and uprooted and damaged my water line which a part was stuck inside the root ball.. I called one of numbers on the numerous signs around town because I was desperate to get the large oak off my gas meter because gas company needed to get to it and fix it. One company cut the tree and left the large overturned root with stem. I was overcharged for the work that he actually did and wished I had done my homework. I had a temporary water line placed under the opening of rootball but still needed to get the root ball off. The water company wasn't responsible for finding the rest of my water line, and finding the rest of the water line was going to be difficult. I called other companies and no one wanted to get near that rootball because the gas and water lines and the gas meter was close. At this point I'm mentaly exhausted. I went on Home Advisor and connected with GS TREE Company . Mike calked and came out with his beautiful wife and he actually went looking and poking underneath the rootball and explained what could possibly be done. He said "I'll help you find your water line." and he came out, and he and his crew worked hard,grinded the rootball, found my water line, went and got the plumbing from home depot, worked late that night, and repaired the line, and came back the next morning and took care of the ground work. And he made sure everything was connected and my water was running. I was so happy with the job!!! He didn't have to go the extra Mile to do what he did because he's not a plumber but he had compassion. He's honest, has a great work ethic, and he was professional from start to finish. HE DID EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO!! I didn't get this type of service from the original tree company. I wish I had of went to HA and gotten GS TREE from the start. It pays to do your homework first. I advise everyone to not be fooled by all the tree signs you see pop up after a disaster because some aren't good at all. I learned my lesson. I recommend GS TREE Company to everyone.!!!

Removed two trees and pruned other trees in a timely fashion. They educated us on tree health and what to look for regarding when trees are infested with pine beetles. We will hire them again because we discovered a pine tree that had beetles during our final walk through at the completion of the project. Mike and Karen are really good at customer service and taking the time to explain things!!! Thanks again!!! I highly recommend them!!!

They removed a large tree limb and large bush that blew down on my property after ELSA storm. Came really quickly and priced reasonably. I would definitely hire again.

They came out in the pouring rain to give me an estimate and after my approval decided to complete the job right then. They made sure the job was done right and did not cut corners in order to get out of the rain. Awesome job!!
