The tree came down in a storm. They responded very quickly to view the job and came the next day to remove the tree. Excellent work.

I really liked them, very hardworking, pricing in line with others, but they failed to remove all the large roots on one stump 4 large roots which I have been unable to dig or cut out. Assumed they missed them due to debris from main stump but when I called they said they were busy and would call me back to let me know when they could come back. Now over a week with no response, even though I emailed, and texted them with pictures of issue, still no reply as to when they will be back out to remedy situation. They did a good job on the other 2 stumps and I was pleased with the work on them, but the lack of follow up on the one problem has ruined what would have been an excellent experience. I assume they are just too busy to come back out and finish the one stump because they are working on larger jobs, but I can't say that I am happy with the result.

Mike and his assistants are very efficient and can do amazing things with a blank slate. Not only Did they cut trees they are landscaping, improving the back decks, but also leveling front putting in koi pond. A really good team... honest and hard working...

The customer rep was Luke and he was GREAT!!! He explained what would be done and how long it might take. He worked with me as I was having a terrible time with the insurance company. He went above and beyond. The owner of the company came with the crew and everyone worked very hard and VERY FAST. This was the quickest tree job I have ever had done. The cleanup was not perfect but the tree removal was.
