I had to have a window in my home replaced that was damaged. The first phone call was with Ron's wife. She reached out to me immediately after my inquiry and the communication stayed consistent from that day until the job was complete! The installer was very kind and helpful with showing me how the windows worked, how to clean them and even giving me so some advice on other windows in my home. Overall, the entire experience with this company was amazing and the products they offer are top notch! It's always an awesome feeling to work with a company that not only does quality work but provides excellent customer service as well. We will definitely be doing business with Zen Windows in the future!!!

The entire operation went very smooth. With no problems or bottlenecks, even though they had forecast rain that day. The job was completed on the same day. The clean up of debris from the installation left no traces of the crew ever being there. The crew performed very efficently and professionally. My home is transformed because of the new windows. I would recommend Ron and Joy to anyone seeking to replace their windows or doors.

I requested a quote and provided approximate sizes of the windows to Zen Windows Chattahoochee Valley and Ron had the quote to me in a short amount of time. The quote was very reasonable and affordable compared to other quotes I received. i was kept informed on the status of the windows and when I could expect them to arrive. The installer had all windows removed and replaced within 8hrs on the same day. High quality windows and looks very good installed.

Zen Windows of Chattahoochee Valley did a fantastic job of replacing all of our windows and shutters, they are a joy to work with. Ron does a great job at keeping you informed of every detail of the project. I plan on using them in the future to replace our front door as well. I would highly recommend them for window replacement, a great company and great people to work with.

They were really kind, courteous, but in the end when I got a statement from them they named all of the things that were not covered. They should have given me this information before they started the work or started the contract. Because of that there is nothing you can do once the job is done.

Everything went great. Ron Cantrell provided me with lots of information about the windows before making my decision as to what company I would choose. He gave me superior printed materials and directed me to very informative videos. He always returned my phone calls and gave me 100 % of his attention in answering questions. The windows are superb. It's so nice to walk by one and not feel the blazing sun as I did with the old builder grade windows. You can tell the windows fit in snugly with a tight seal. No way even an ant could penetrate through. Ron, along with Zen Windows, are very professional with an A-1 product. I am very glad I chose this company and recommend it highly.

The whole process went very smoothly, from the estimate to installation. Each step went well, with good communication on their part. There was no pressure, no downgrading of competitors, only clear explanations of their product, how the process would work, accurate estimates, and approximate time frame to get the job done. All warranties were clear and in writing. Arrived for installation on time, completed the entire job in one day, working from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Cleaned up completely, and let us inspect everything before leaving. Very professional and pleased with the workmanship and expertise. Had done a lot of research on types of windows and what to look for in an installer. Zen exceeded expectations and would highly recommend them.

I had the most amazing experience with this company! From the very first phone call to the ones following up to see if I was really loving and enjoying my windows! Two gentlemen came out one day and measured all of my windows to make sure that everything was written down and taken care of correctly. I was told that they would be back in contact with me, when the windows were made. Even before the windows were finished, one of the owners of the company kept calling me letting me know what stage the process was in with my windows. He kept in contact with me the whole time. He kept me in the loop and an active part of what was going on. When the windows were finished, One of the owners reached out to me again, and explained the process, as to how the windows were going to be installed. He explained that the gentleman that would be heading up that crew would call me and set up an appointment time. True to the owners word, the crew chief called me and set up a time for the 25th of August 2014. When my appointed time arrived, there was no crew to install my new windows. However, within 20 minutes the crew chief called and informed me of some circumstances that had come up and that they would be coming by later, which they did. The circumstances were uncontrollable, so I understood the reason they were late. I was just delighted to get a courtesy call, as most companies just leave you hanging until they get there! When the crew got to my home, they immediately started moving furniture, or whatever else was in the way of the windows, placed them all in a safe area of my home, put a thick plastic sheet down on the floor in front of the windows, and proceeded to take the windows out. I asked about the plastic sheet, and the crew chief explained to me that it was just in case they had to break the window to get it out, so the glass wouldn't damage the floor. They took such care with my everything in my home, including my aide and I. You see, right now, I'm in a wheelchair, and I have an aide that comes in for 2 hours 3 days a week. They were mindful of me and of my aide when she came in. They made sure that my aide and I had the space that we needed to get round and get some small things done, as well as getting their work done also. When the crew was finished installing the windows, they hauled off all the trash that was accumulated from the job, and then they told me that a clean up crew would be following behind, them, to finish the job. In my mind it didn't click the first couple of times when they told me who would be coming, and when it did, I was delighted and if I had been able at that time, I would have danced like David danced in the Bible. You see, the clean up crew was the owner I had been talking on the phone with all this time, and his brother, the other owner. I felt like a queen hearing that. I only know of one other company whose owner does get down and dirty with the crew? That just showed me exactly how serious they are about their company and how they care enough about their crew, to help them in any way that they could. Now, this by no way means that the owners come out to every job and do the clean up, but it just so happened that God worked it out that way for me! Okay, here come the owners, and they set about rehanging all the blinds, only to find out that some of the clips had been broken, so off to HomeDepo one of them goes to replace the broken clips, at no charge to me. When he returned, one of the blinds fell on his head and damaged the blind. Do you know what happened then? He measured my window, and replaced the blind in my window, and again it as at no cost to me. What kind of a company is so self conscious that they would do that for a customer? Then they let me know that it was my turn to help them. I got to BOSS the OWNERS around by telling them where everything went, to put it back in it's proper place. However, I wasn't able to remember exactly how everything went, but that didn't matter to them, as we were having such a good time! You know what? The way that everything got put back into place, fit better than it had before! This was just a fun and heart warming experience, and I ended up with some new friends, for LIFE!!! Blessings to all!

All I had to do to get a quote for 5 windows was call Zen Windows Chatahoochee Valley, and after making sure none of the windows were no more than 100 inches (heigth plus width), all I did was a quick measurement, didn't have to be exact to get a quote. And after giving my address and e-mail, I got a quote in less than 5 minutes in an e-mail from Sean at Zen Windows Chatahoochee Valley. The quickest and easiest window quote I have ever gotten. So far I am in the planning and building stages of building a cabin and I wanted several quotes to compare, also the quote told me the price was installed with all the hardware included to install the windows along with a screen. The windows were totally constructed out of materials that will never rot since no wood is used in making the windows, they are all e-glass and carry a lifetime guarantee, which is very important since I just replaced a broken window at home and just the sash cost more than the price for a whole new window from Sean. In that situation, it is too bad I didn't have A Zen window would have saved me $500.00 plus dollars. This window was installed about 4 years ago, but wasn't covered for broken glass, my first experience with a broken window, I could have saved some money if I had know about and installed a Zen Window then. So far nobody has beat their price and when I get ready to order my windows, the window breakage and lifetime transferable warantee will be one of my top things to consider, no one else has given me such a deal.
