Mr. Socci was originally contacted by myself and a realtor friend to enclose my screened porch. He was very responsive to my request for information, suggestions, and an estimate to have the work done. Within a week, Mr. Socci himself came to my home and listened patiently and attentively to my ideas for the project. He then returned shortly thereafter with the needed contractors (i.e. HVAC, flooring, electrician, painters, etc.) to ensure that the proposal would be accurate. We readily agreed on the scope of work and the project was begun. Once begun, the foreman and contractors worked diligently to ensure that the project remained on task. At each stage of the project, they were responsive to my questions and concerns, never making me feel like I was interfering with their progress. The project was completed in 5 1/2 weeks, a little longer than had been anticipated. The delays were largely due to weather conditions and/or awaiting the delivery of custom items I ordered. Mr. Socci returned when the project was completed to ensure that everything was done to expectation and that I was completely satisfied. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of the work that Mr. Socci and his crew performed at my home. The renovation was a learning experience for me, and I believe I will be a better consumer the next time, due in large part to the professionalism and expertise of Mr. Socci and his contractors. I am already planning my next project and would not even consider having anyone else do the work.
