Window World of Chattahoochee

Went really good window looked great and I could not beat the price.

We had our screen porch enclosed and raised the floor at the same time. We had the preliminary work performed by a local contractor and ordered the windows from Window World. At the same time, we have been undergoing extensive drainage and landscape work done by a contractor who delayed us time and again and caused us to have to delay our window installation 2 times. Window World was very understanding and flexible about the delays! When the windows did arrive, the installer (Ronald) discovered that the openings for the windows were 1/4" shy of the 76" that was needed. I panicked! But Ronald was calm and professional and told me not to worry that he would fix the opening by removing some of the headers and go to the hardware store to purchase mouldings that would finish off the adjusted openings. The workers did a great job and we are spreading the word that you should consider using them for your home renovation projects!

Everything was great! Everyone in the office was very friendly and did their best to meet all my needs and requests. I had estimates done by other companies in town but none were quite as good as Window World. They offered to beat their competitors price and have a lifetime warranty-which the other companies did not. After placing my order I didn't hear from them for a couple weeks, but they told me that would happen. As soon as my windows arrived they called me and told me all my materials were there and ready to be installed. They scheduled my install date according to both of our schedules. The install crew was great! They came out and put the windows in quickly and efficiently. I will definitely spread the word about this great local business!

The installation was pretty much fine. The main problem that we had with them was the man who came out to get the estimate and way over promised what was going to happen and it was a problem to us. One of the windows that they hadn't finish because either they measured wrong for the bathroom window or they wrote it down wrong came in with the wrong size. We thought that it would be like a couple of weeks maybe at the most before they could get it back and it was a while. By the time they came back and peeled off where they had put up that black plastic, the paint is off the wall and there were no apologies and didn't offer to fix it. We talked to the owner and he came out and he tried to make things right but overall I don't think that I would use them again. It was a very stressful situation trying to get everything work out. The owner offered that the man who came out to put in the last window in the bathroom to stay after and do handyman things around the house as a compensation because the salesperson had way over promised as to what we were going to get for our money. The workmen did a pretty poor job on the one thing they did and refused to do the second thing that the owner has said they would do and so they left. It really hasn't been a good experience all the way. The owner was very nice but the workmen didn't want to adhere so they did a shaggy job. They did really bad in one area but the windows themselves are fine.

They were quick, efficient and their services were exceptional. They were very cooperative and professional. The only issue I had is with one of the workers, and they actually sent me a gift certificate for his unprofessionalism, so that made it up.

They came quickly and repaired it as quickly. I was very pleased with them. The door got bent in the center and I was worried that I had to replace the whole door but they fixed it very efficiently. They saved us a lot of money so I will highly recommend them. They were just bought out by another company. The door is working friendly. My experience with them has been excellent as always. They were on time and did not try to sell me a new door.

The communication from the office was not so good, but the installer Karl & crew were great. They did an top rate job and were very courteous. The windows and door are good quality, and I can already tell a difference from replacing old single pane.

The job went very well. Did have a problem with one window after the installation but they were prompt in coming back out for repair.

I spent $900 for the work. I chose them over other providers because they were the best price I could get for the type of windows I wanted. They seemed very thorough to me, and they made sure that I was informed of any changes. When one of the windows was broken, they let me know that they decided to reorder that. I got to know that they did fine with cleaning up after themselves after having done the work. There were no issues. I will probably use them again if we get additional windows, but I had them have all replaced. They were on time when I met with them.

We live in a mobile home and had previously remove 4 windows due to the amount of heat that was coming through. We recently began remodeling and started with the kitchen. Instead of adding the 4 windows back, we decided to go with one large window (81 x 51). We contacted Window World for an in-home estimated. We had no problems scheduling the appointment and the rep was on time. During the demonstration the rep showed us the low-e windows and it was amazing at how much heat the window kept out. In addition, he stood up on the window and there was no destruction what so ever. (he was about 200 lbs). Due to the size of the window it had to be custom made. It took about 3 weeks for the window to come in. Once the window arrived Window World schedule an appointment for installation. The installation crew was on time and did great job of installing the window and cleaning up. We are very pleased with our window and plan to have additional windows installed as we continue to remodel room-by-room.
