The crews arrived first thing in the morning as the boss said they would. They immediately started work and were finished roofing the house in less than four hours. The repair to the covered porch took a little longer. It was amazing how fast they replaced the rafters and the ceiling including the roofing. I am so pleased with the job that they did. The price for the job was, in my opinion, unbelievable. If you need your roof repaired or the shingles replaced, call this outfit. You won't regret it.

DO NOT USE THS COMPANY. I USUALLY DON’T WRITE REVIEWS, BUT I WANT TO SAVE YOU MONEY AND A HEADACHE WITH POSSIBLE MORE DAAMAGE. On Sun.,5/2/21, I agreed to meet with (Owner) of United Roofing on Mon., 5/3 to review the siding and roof work on my rental property, before the work began and so that he could sign the agreement that I created. I asked when could he start work, he said Monday, but he said it was going to rain so we could meet to review everything. Mon., 5/3, I met Moses, but when I got there, work had already been started (5/1 or 5/2) without my permission or knowledge, knowing it was raining/going to rain. They removed the siding leaving the wall open directly inside my house, leaning old siding against it; the drip edge pulled back both, soffits cut open and facia boards removed on both sides, which allowed 3-4 days of rain (Sat, Sun, Mon & Tues) inside and there is water damage to my ceiling that wasn't there before. He covered open siding on Tues (5/4), after I warned him that he would be responsible for any water damage to my home. He did not cover the roof where he removed the drip edge, cut on the soffits, or removed the facia boards. This allowed water into the ceiling on both sides where he was working. He refused to take responsibility for the damage he caused. He walked away, doing no work, costing me more money, causing damage to my property and without correcting the mess he created. I am stuck with water damage to my ceiling. I would not recommend this roofing company. You will be sorry that you used them.

They did a great job and was very punctual. They cleaned up work area and was very considerate of animals (cats).

Overall it turned out to be a good experience. Estimate was competitive with others I received. I selected United based on detail in the estimate and the knowledge of the job requirements. They addressed all my concerns. One suggestion would be to watch for damage to shrubbery from the shingles during the removal of old roof.

The guys at United Roofing did an excellent job. The quote was fair, and they completed the removal of the old roof and the install of the new roof in one day. Cleanup was excellent, and they were very courteous.
