Description of Work: Floyd was courteous on the phone during our initial conversation, when we scheduled a time for him to come out and give us a quote. 45 minutes past the scheduled time, I texted (his preferred method of communication) to inquire whether or not he was coming. He called right away but then lied and said he called multiple times that day. I only had 1 missed call all day and there were no messages. He stated that he didn't have the color needed to refinish our sink on hand. I asked how much to order a new kit and he quoted me $475 to refinish my double bowl kitchen sink!

+ -1 moreFloyd showed up on time for the consultation that I had made two days prior and looked at the tub. Gave me a price and time frame that was less then the larger companies had quoted and wanted to start work that day. Due to timing I planned out the date for him to come and refinish the tub. the day the work was done, he arrived on time, showed me all the stages of what he was doing and explained any question I had on the process. The work took around three hours total and came out great! I'll upload photos of the work for befores and afters. Everyone has said it turned out great!
