This company is supposed to be good at what they do. They will not keep you informed of anything before they get your money so what's going to happen after they receive your money and you need a repair or have a warranty issue? I recived 4 bids from 4 different companies and this company was the highest out of the 4. I decided to use this company to install 2 high efficiency heatpumps. I was told on a Monday I would revive their estimate on a Wednesday. Wednesday rolled around I heard nothing from this company. I waited a couple more days then finally called the sales rep. He said he was really busy and was behind, ok I get that and I understand but I'm the type if your not going to deliver when you say you are I at least expect a phone call or email me keeping me informed. I let that one slide figured things happen. I then discussed my concerns about being kept informed and up to date he said he understood and would keep me informed from then on. I really don't think I'm asking a lot I understand things happen stuff comes up I would just like to be told that, it is 2016 and a phone call or an emailing explaining something isn't going to happen when they said it was is not a lot to ask of a company that just seems like what a good or great business would do. Well I let the first one slide I called the company and let them know that I was ready for the install I asked on a Tuesday about when it would be done. Was told best case scenario would be Tuesday of next week but would know for sure on Thursday or Friday. Well Monday of next week rolled around and did not receive one phone call email absolutely nothing. So I called and left 3 diffrent messages I got nothing in return. I called and then canceled my installation and they acted surprised like why are you doing that. If I would have recived one phone call explaining anything I would have used this company. But my thought were that if they haven't recived my money and they act like this what's going to happen after they get my money and I need something fixed. Must be nice to let over 20,000 dollar job just walk away over failur to communicate. The problem is this company thinks and believes that they are the only company in town that does good work. If you want to be kept informed and not left in the dark look else where maybe when enough people start using other companies this one will finally wake up and start learning how to communicate.

The technician was very prompt in responding to my request for help with my ac problem. He was very professial in his repair. He had to take out the blower assembly and replace the motor.
