+ -1 moreDaniel and his crew were here bright and early and worked hard throughout the day. All we had were weeds for a lawn. Daniel dug everything up, sodded, planted 2 Japanese Maples, flowers and referred me for a sprinkler system. They were excellent at everything and cleaned up perfectly when they were finished with the yard. It Looked / looks beautiful. I hired Cutting Edge to ensure the yard was maintained and continued to look as nice as the day he finished. I had 4 other bids and none could come close to Daniel...not in price or what they would do. Daniel charged me $8500.00 for everything. I had another person quote $10,000and would only do the front and sides, not the back. I highly recommend Daniel and Strong Fence. I do not see a place to post pictures, but will look further into the sight.

+ 0 moreIt did not go at all. While I understand there could be emergencies, I have yet to get a call explaining why no one showed up. I do not want to be contacted by this fence company.
Description of Work: I am very disappointed that I found this on Angie's List and had no service. I chose this fence company first because of both the rating and liked that they had a coupon to use. I called and provided my name, phone number, & location after I explained I wanted an estimate on a 4 ft chain link gate to my back yard. We set up a time & date. I waited all Thursday afternoon. I did not get a call to say they would be late or a call to reschedule. I have yet to get a call.

+ -1 moreI found Strong Fence on the internet and Daniel, the owner, was excellent. I had 3 different people come out to provide bids for what I wanted done. Daniels was the most reasonable for even more than what I had wanted done. Our yard had been overtaken by weeds and it needed to be resodded. Daniel and his crew were here everyday and worked all day. They completed the job in about a week. I have about 2 acres and wanted the area that was trees to be cleared out and have a nice manicured look. They cleared out the woods, resodded the yard, front sides and back, they planted two Japanese maples and several flowers, they laid pine straw and red wood chips around the flowers. The yard was and is the best looking yard in the neighborhood. Two of my babies (Cats) were laid to rest in the back and Daniel took the time to make the site beautiful. I would use them again anytime and very highly recommend them.

He was very professional and wanted to ensure I was happy with everything he did. Great personality, hard worker and very reasonable in cost.

+ -1 moreStrong Fence was able to take the job they were very responsive when I called, so that was good. That's what I liked. The fence looks good now. What I didn't like was that he didn't write down what I wanted. So, when he started putting up the fence he was putting up galvanized fence and I had asked for black vinyl. So I had to catch him and tell him he was supposed to get black so he had to redo that, but he did. He also put in a drain for me and some landscaping, a retaining wall. The drain is good, but he never did the retaining wall, again, he said that he forgot. So he is supposed to still be doing that but he hasn't gotten around to it yet.

Description of Work: Daniel installed chain link fencing in my back yard. This job sounds simple enough, but first the landscape is anything but flat, and then the fencing had to go though areas where large rock had been used for landscaping. Add to that the fact that one of the dogs I need to contain is large and has made a career of escaping. When the job was complete it was perfect, much more than I expected. There was extra security at the bottom of the fence that I hadn't even asked for, and Daniel had taken real care in making sure that the spot where the dog could have gotten out from under the house was also very secure. In the beginning I mentioned the large rocks that had been used for landscaping. I was really concerned how the fencing was going to do on, over or around these rocks. When the job was done you would never have guessed that the rocks came before the fence and not the other way around. Daniel is not only great at his job, he is conscientious, kind and a pleasure to do business with. Two thumbs up!
