As above, things went well until this year - cleaning was incomplete at times, they had trouble with algae blooms which we never had a problem with before - later figured out that they were apparently treating it like it was a chlorine pool - adding chlorine and shocking the pool when the indicator clearly showed and quot;add saltand quot;. We had problems with the sealing cord coming out along one section of the pool. We asked them to fix that - they pulled the cord almost completely out and left it laying on the patio week after week. We need to replace the liner and had told them we would do that this fall but when my husband called to complain their excuse for not appropriately cleaning the pool was that they thought we needed a new liner. (There is just some wrinking at the bottom - not serious leaking until they pulled out that cord). We asked them over and over and over again to repair the polaris connection that was not well sealed and reduced the pressure to the polaris and although we were told on the weekly sheet it was done a couple of different times it was never corrected. They didn't seem to be able to properly condition the water and prevent algae. I notice the positive reviews from others - don't know why we had such a bad experience this year but we are looking for another company now.

They are very knowledgeable, punctual and professional. They did not leave a mess, which was really important. I also get all my pool chemicals from them and they also installed a salt water system for me. If I have any questions I just call their office or stop by and they come right over.
