The provider's employee did not have factual knowledge of the type of carpet he was cleaning. Not only did I have my carpet cleaned I had my sofa and loveseat cleaned as well. The loveseat is pressed up against a wall, instead of pulling the loveseat to do the entire item the front and sides were only done. In good faith the provider asked to come back out and re-do what I was not satisfied with. I agree and as a result my carpet is now frayed in serveral areas. I am going through steps to get my carpet repaired which the provider is being resistant too.

You can ask for more but it will be hard to find in a carpet cleaning service.
Description of Work: The carpet was pre-treated for high traffic and general areas. The man sent was courteous, efficient and offered a friendly approach to his business.

He did a fabulous job!! He payed attention to small details. Our carpet looked better than when we bought our home. Great service I would recommend to anyone.

MY CALL WAS MET BY THE MOST PROFESSIONALISM AND THEY TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS PATIENTLY. MY APPT WAS SET FOR 3PM. AT 2:30 A TECH CALLED TO GET ACCURATE DIRECTIONS AND LET ME KNOW THEY WERE IN ROUTE. THE TECH WAS JUST GREAT. HE TOOK HIS TIME AND MY CARPETS LOOK AWESOME. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB THAT WAS DONE. I WAS SUPRISED AT HOW THEY WERE ABLE TO REMOVE PET & ODOR STAINS THAT I WAS SURE WOULDNT COME OUT. THEY EVEN THREW IN FREE SCOTCH GUARD IN MY HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS FOR BIENG A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER. AS THEY WERE LEAVING THEY EVEN GAVE MY A MAGNET FOR MY FRIDGE.
