Description of Work: My kitchen faucet was leaking and I couldn't see where the water was coming from. Mr.Gallops and co-worker arrived promptly, repaired the faucet (consisted of applying some kind "plumber's glue" at the sight of the leak), tested to see if leak was still there and the work was finished. I think it well, he was very nice and I will definitely use this company again, if I need a plumber.

 + -1 moreOverall, it went smoothly. I didn't expect them to be able to work on it immediately, but they were. I'm glad it's done and over with! I hate leaky faucets! They did a great job!
Description of Work: I wanted a cost estimate to replace Moen bath fixtures (faucet, turn handle, and drain plug). I had already purchased a new Moen set from the big box store. I didn't have any experience doing this and I wanted to be sure it was done right and quickly! We also had a very leaky faucet when the shower diverter was turned on. I wasn't 100% sure what caused this. I also wanted to know how much it would cost to replace the drain plug. Two men came out for the cost estimate and said it would be $85 for the service call and cost of the drain plug, which they would have to go buy. They were kind enough to explain to me how to replace everything. Turns out I only needed to replace the cartridge (which was included in my new Moen set) and cover plate for the water control handle (and not the valve - they simply removed the cartridge from the valve since I already had the same type of valve installed). I decided to let them do it, as I needed this to be done quickly. They did a great job. Apparently, a leaky faucet can be caused by a cartidge gone bad. The new cartidge fixed that problem. They had time to fix it on the spot. They had to go out and buy a new drain plug, but came back and installed it. They did a great job. The leak is fixed, I have my new fixtures, and I may even have the know-how to upgrade my other bathroom on my own.
