A week later, I got a quote for just the sprinklers. I emailed back asking for the rest of the quote. Heard nothing back. We called a few days later and were reassured we would get a call back. Week later, nothing. So I call again... once again we were promised a call, never got one. So I called AGAIN and was told I would get a call, but I'm not falling for it again. I'm disappointed because I heard good things and seen good work from them, but if this is any indication of how communication is going to go, I'm not interested.

John did not complete the work he said he was going to do. He cited overrun costs as the reason he did not fix driveway as he said he would and finish french drain with river rock as he said he would do. He had to add a sump pump to the french drain. Landscaping was very well done. John's heavy equipment severely damaged our driveway and he has failed to return all my calls regarding the damage. Photos are available. He was fully paid for the work he completed. We believe he did not live up to his word. We agreed to "forget" the river rock but asked for our driveway to be repaired. We have not heard from John despite frequent calls to his office. Legal action has not been ruled out on our part.

It went excellent. they are very professional and neat. my curbs are perfect everything is in the right place its nice and smooth they cleaned up after themselves very well. And if you do not like something they will come out and fix it until you like it. I am really happy.

Per usual getting the work started is always a problem with this company, but since the work is always excellent I've continued to use them. They arrived on the 16th and completed the initial demolition of the existing driveway. Crew very conscious of cleaning up as they went along. The next day was a bust due to rain. On the 18th the driveway was completely installed and they were in the process of doing some finishing touches when I arrived home at 2PM. Once again the crew very meticulous about cleaning up behind themselves. Would readily recommend them to anyone looking to do a driveway replacement.

I called Seasonal Concepts originally because I saw an attractive lawn in my neighborhood and inquired as to who did the lawn care. The owner is very nice, spends a lot of time on a quote. The person who answers the phones is equally nice and easy to talk to. But communication breaks down with this company over and over and over again. Example: I asked that no chemicals be put on my lawn from the time I initially called, until the present. Chemicals have been applied to my lawn six times. I call, I talk to the mowing crew, I even put up a sign. They don't remember. Sometimes they blow the decks, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they edge well, sometimes they miss places. Sometimes there are chunks of lawn not mowed. You get the picture. I got a quote for tree trimming, agree to it, and no one ever came to do the work. Got a quote for aerating the lawn. Agreed to it over six weeks ago. Called last week to inquire on the status, and was told I would get a call back. Still waiting on the callback. So the bottom line is that that they are all really nice people. But they forget, They don't follow through. The work is hit and miss when they do come. I have had enough and am looking elswhere.

They started on time and completed the job when they said that they would. We would recommend this company to anyone.

Thanks to having a team, all the work was completed in one day (actually less than one day). My only downside was the wait. The company is busy and it was three weeks between requesting the work and the work being completed.

It took multiple phone calls and follow-ups to get the owner to come out, and he finally did many weeks after my initial call. When he showed up, he seemed great -- extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and conscientious. I really felt like he knew what he was doing and I really wanted his company to do the work. It took many more follow-up calls over a period of several weeks to get a bid, and when I did it was verbal -- with the woman who answered the phone calling the owner to ask. (I'm not sure why he couldn't have told me that weeks ago?) Anyway, the bid was $1,200 -- quadruple the bid from someone else who has good reviews on Angie's List. I don't know if I'm comparing apples to apples since I didn't have a written estimate, but I was really shocked to hear such a high number. I really wanted this company to do our yard, but we just weren't willing to pay that much for the job so we decided to go with the other landscaper. Re: the amount, maybe the company is just fantastic and can command high prices or maybe they just wanted to get rid of me -- I'm not sure. But $1,200 did seem awfully high for a clean-up/weeding/trimming/pruning job on a medium-sized yard, even if it is somewhat overgrown.

I waited three weeks and called back. He hedged and I got the impression that he couldn't find it or hadn't completed it. I suggested that he email it to me. He said he would do so on the following day. That was early February. It is now the last day of April. I never heard from him again. I am truly amazed a business is run this way. The man I spoke to in the nursery ( I don't know if he is an owner or employee) could not have been more professional nor more helpful when I first inquired about an estimate, which made it all the more amazing that the owner could care less!

Called twice to get an estimate on installing a new lawn sprinkler system and no one called back about the job.

I asked Seasonal Concepts for landscaping ideas for my patio. They drove 10 miles to my house to take a look. Not only did they give me great ideas, they didn't charge for the consult.

I called to set up an estimate for landscaping, retaining wall, and gereral lawn up keep. The owner came out and stayed about 45 mins looking at our property and said he would call back within the week with a price. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing, I called. The office attendant said she would call back with a time that work would begin. I told her no work was to be done until I had an estimate. She seemed a little confused and told me the owner would call me back. Again, no call. I called 2 other times and still got no where. Finally, I get a call at 9:30 pm from the owner when I am trying to get my children to bed and settle in for the night. I was not able to take the call. I called back again and still got no where. I am looking for another company and not going to bother with this one anymore.

Came out and looked, said they would come back to measure and send a quote. Never seen or heard from again.

They are knowledgeable, top draw, top price. They have the highest rating in town and I think they are the best in town. The people were terrific. They brought in a 3rd part on short notice. The quality was fine and they did it on short notice to satisfy my time constraint. I paid a lot of money so I got attention.

It was a wonderful experience. Workers were very professional and told me what they were going to that day. I would recommend them to do any type of work.

They were fantastic and very thorough. They showed up when they said they would. If they were running late they phoned ahead of time to let me know they would be running late. This company got the work done in the time they said and were very professional. My yard is in a funny shape so they had to do some tweaking with it but they were very easy to work with and I would highly recommend them. I will use them again in the future.

We called this company to ask for an estimate to install a sprinkler system for us. My husband dropped by one of their locations and was told by the son of the owner that we would need to speak to the father regarding the estimate. My husband left his name and number. We didn't receive a call back. My husband stopped by the other location to hopefully talk with the father. They met and settled on a time for the estimate. My husband had arranged to go into work late to meet the father for the estimate. The father didn't show and didn't call. After waiting 30 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, my husband called the father. He said he couldn't meet with my husband due to an employee problem. When he did finally come out to give us an estimate, it was $1000 above what two other companies estimated.

We visited the nursery to purchase a tree to replace one that had died in our front yard. The guy, Jason, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He walked around with us, asking questions and discussing with us the differences in the trees they had. He helped us pick out a tree that were perfect for our space and the level of care it needed that we could provide. After we decided on a tree, he discussed with us, from start to finish, how to correctly plant our new tree so that it too would not die. He gave us all the materials we needed to plant it, compost and pine straw. He also offered to deliver our tree and plant it for us. We opted to plant the tree ourselves. However, when he delivered our tree the next day, he checked our dead tree and the soil to determine why exactly it had died. He called my husband on the phone since no one was at home at the time. He told us exactly why our tree had died and what to do to fix it so the new one would live and thrive. My husband and I are in the process of landscaping our front and back yard and will definitely be visiting Seasonal Concepts again for all our needs in doing so. We were both very impressed with their selection and knowledgeable and helpful staff.

They are absolutely phenomenal. They are professional and their work always looks top notch. I am incredibly picky and I never have to go behind them and clean up or anything. I would highly recommend them as well.
