Description of Work: We started in January 2014 on this project. That was when they put down wood floors and carpeting in our home. They added in tile as well. They had a lot of errors--they didn't mix the grouting right, so they had to come back and paint the grouting. Instead of taking care of it themselves, they had to contact the grouting company to do it. This was in the dinette, kitchen, keeping room, laundry room and hallway. All of that had to be painted. In our living room, they put down wood (which was beautiful!), but when they put it down, it was hollow underneath, even on a concrete slab base. I could see the concrete through the cracks of the wood. Rusty came back and said everything looks fine (but that's from a distance). You have to look close to see it. In order to fix this, they drill holes in the beautiful wood and pour in more glue. Every time they come, they cause more damage. There are spots that are very uneven on the tile and the wood floor. Plus, all of the pricing on this service was exorbitant, too! I'm so distraught over this! At this point, I want them to come back, pull up the flooring and place it down right! I don't want them to try and fix it. The uneveness of the tile flooring has caused damage to our furniture and chairs too! I just want them to be held responsible for what they've done.

 + 0 moreRusty and his crew were punctual, worked around my busy schedule. They placed the hardwood as scheduled and fixed a few areas of previous laminate placement by another installer. He followed up, and will be working with us to finish corner molding once we have a mantle installed. Very professional and clean. We would use his services again.

 + -1 moreTo put a tile floor down. Old tile should be removed and floor scrapped so it is all even. Depending on shape of floor a new base should be added. Under not circumstance should tile be laid on top of tile. This will cause new tile to crack as floor ages.
Description of Work: Wanted to have master bath tile replaced plus other work in master bath. The representative informed me they would lay tile over existing tile. This set off alarm bells. This is a cheap incorrect way of putting down a new tile floor. It will lead to nothing more future headaches. I do not trust this company.
