Great! They fixed it but very expensive

The guys who did the work did a good job. They were on time, nice, knew what they were doing, etc. My major qualm, beside that it seemed a lot of money to charge, was with their Angie's List affiliation. When getting ready to set up an invoice and pay, I mentioned I saw them on Angie's List and that they had a $30 off coupon. His response was firm: "We aren't in any way affiliated with Angie's List and don't have and don't honor the coupon." I was a bit surprised by this, since that's how I found them was through Angie's List. I wasn't going to war over $30, though.

They were prompt but they were very expensive. They got the job done in about one hour. The cleanup was okay. The plumber was fine.

The company itself is professional. They take care of any problems that took place after the service. Scheduling is perfect as well. The only bad thing I can say is, they have employees that don't do professional job. However, the management took care of the problem and sent the same guys to finish up the job that is expected.

They were good. The price was fine and better than many others.

He was quick and efficient. Cleaned out drain allowing water to flow freely, left a cleaner that is safe for monthly maintenance on our pipes which are part pvc snd part cast iron, & ran a camera through entire drain to look for problems. I called at 5:10 PM on Saturday. Was told to expect a call back from the paged repairman. Received the repairman's call at 5:28PM. He said to expect him within an hour and arrived after 40 minutes. Identified the problem quickly and repaired it quickly. After reconnecting the clothes washer and demonstrating that separate additional failure after confirming the work he had done was correct, he was gone by 6:35PM. MY ONLY OBJECTION to the service is that the $30 coupon I printed off from the Angie's List's website was NOT ACCEPTED. Whether that problem is with Angie's List or Roto Rooter wasn't entirely clear but some one is doing false advertising. I thought the price in general was high for the work (less than an hour with a separate $45 charge for it being a weekend) and the failure to accept the coupon seemed to add insult to the process.

The price was about $500 and it was an emergency call after 5:00, so, it was a little more expensive. They were really prompt that can be. They will tell you when they or the plumber could be there. With that particular incident, the member comes from the other side of the county, so, it took them for about 2 hours to get here. But the office can be updated the whole time. I will use them again for they did that kind of stuff for me.

It was a disaster. It was horrible. They charged me extra because of where i lived . They charged me extra because it was saturday. They had to cut a hole in the pipe and snake it or pull my toilet. I said no don't pull the toilet . So they cut the hole in the pipe and snaked it and got their money and left.

Very pleased with the service I recieved from Roto-Rooter. They took my call and scheduled a visit later that day. The techs arrived on time an got down to business. They diagnosed my problem quickly and resolved the immediate issue. The tech educated me as to the incorrect behaviors we were using in a profesional non-condescending manner. They scheduled a septic tank cleanout for the following day with a different company. The septic tank company arrived on time and performed their work quickly and correctly.

He was only here for about ten or fifteen minutes. He was very pricey. His responsiveness was good. He was punctual.

I would rate them highly since I used them long ago and I didn’t have any complaints.

They were recommended by one of my friends. They have good prices. They are very responsive. They have people available 24/7. They came immediately. Its fair market price for what they did. They honored the warrantee period on the work. That is very good. We are covered for a week. They finished the job in less than thirty minutes. I would recommend them. I would use them in the future.

It went really well. They have a guarantee where if we have an episode that happens we have to call them back in a week or two. They are honoring that and aren?t charging any additional money for it. They seem to comply immediately. They come the same day. They are fast in unclogging it. It is just an ongoing thing, and they have to figure it out. They are reasonable cost wise. They are polite. They explain things well. He left us watch them. They put the camera down in the pipe and everything.
