R & R CABINETS

Never came back to do much needed touch-ups. There are paint drips, bare spots and dust painted into the cabinets. Called several times and was told they would get back to me they were very busy. I paid for the job in full. I even asked for the brand/color of paint so that I could have someone else finish the job correctly. I was not even given that courtesy. I was just ignored.

I would not ask for R & R CABINETS ever again. They came in and did a very, very, I would put them with the better business bureau. I don't think they know what they are doing. My cabinets, on the outside, they are supposed to be a smooth texture cabinet and it's not in places and also too they pieced the cabinets, it's been a year since they done it and the screws are coming out. They put pieces of board, I've never seen anything like it, to screw into the cabinet to hold the door. The doors are falling off, them pieces of wood is coming out and everything. And they should be reported. I could have had new cabinets put in for that amount. When they came to put on the knobs, I got new knobs and when they went to put them on, the knobs don't even match up with the doors. You know how when the doors come together you have one on each side and they'll close in the middle. I've got one's higher than the other in several places. I wouldn't suggest them to nobody.

Richard responded to my initial call to request service within half an hour. He came to our house the same day and gave us a price to do the modification. He offered several different modification options and we chose the one that suited our needs. He arrived promptly the next morning and did an excellent job of remodeling the cabinet in about 1-1/2 hrs. We are extremely pleased with the job and would definitely recommend R&R Cabinets. If prompt ,courteous , reasonably priced, service is what you want, call R & R Cabinets!
