Description of Work: They unlocked a car for me after my son locked the keys in the car while the engine was running. They were quick. They came, they did their job, and they were gone.

Description of Work: Had an exterior door with a frozen lock. The technician managed to get the lock working temporarily, but a complete replacement handle/lock assembly had to be ordered. No charge for the visit and they will be contacting me with follow-up work.

I thought it was a bit expensive, but I don't have any other estimates or experience for comparison. Would definitely use again, especially if urgent locksmith service was needed.

 + -1 moreThey are extremely nifty! They are very kindly and very professional. I have been nothing but extraordinarily pleased with their services and with the individuals that have shown up. Oh my goodness gracious, if they were family, I'd be bursting a button! With Pop-A-Lock, I was so pleased with them, on both occasions, they gave me an hours' window and they were there within 15 minutes both times. One time it was at 11:30 at night. They actually even refused the tip! I would recommend them so highly. I have had nothing but a positive response from them.
Description of Work: I have used a locksmith called Pop-A-Lock. I last used them in June. The insurance covered the charges. One time was because I had locked the keys in the truck and the other time was because the battery died of the other truck.
