He arrived at the appointed time with a call from the office letting me know 10 min prior to arrival. He was very courteous and professional. He went over exactly what needed to be done prior to working on anything. He was very patient with me while I explained what I wanted done. He did not begin working until I understood what was being done and signed for the service. To protect my floors, he covered his shoes and placed a rug outside the door. I would definitely use this service again.

They are very easy to get in touch with and on time (unlike several local electricians who are usually on jobs when you call and forget to call you back or just stop by at the drop of hat). They were also the cheapest for this job and wouldn't do anything that wasn't up to code. The new circuit breaker panel looks great (no more trips to Lowes just to buy expensive fuses!) and the bathroom outlets look great. The only downside is they were WAY more expensive than other electricians to ground some outlets in my older home so I will be calling someone else a little cheaper for that. But I would definately use them in the future for other things and I am very happy with the work Bruce did.
