Description of Work: We called to have an initial cleaning done on a house we had just bought. I thought the crew did a fine job for the amount of time allotted. The house is large and had been sitting vacant for quite awhile so it needed a thorough cleaning. When I called to schedule the appointment, there were no questions about the size of the house or it's condition. In hindsight, there should have been more discussion on these points during the scheduling process. The crew of 3 ladies came after lunch on the Friday before Labor Day weekend. They had already cleaned several other houses that day. They could have spent a whole day here. Instead they only had 3 hours. I then spent a lot of time doing the thorough cleaning I had hoped they would be able to do. I would give them another chance but I would be clear when I called that they would need more than 3 hours.
