MILTON'S SERVICE CO

Milton and his crew are very professional. They were very quick to respond and prompt at keeping their appointment. Milton explained exactly what needed to be done and even had pictures on his tablet. His estimate for repairs was precise...there were no surprises. I will never call anyone else for A/C repairs!

He reported to the Home Warranty company that there was a Freon leak and the entire heating and cooling element had to be replaced. Along with that he said there was no drip pan that was code enforced by the city. And the duct work needed to be replaced. All of this, with our unit only being 4 yrs old and still under warranty. The total that we would have had to pay was 700.00 minus the 300.00 of which the warranty company was going to pay. It seemed a little excessive for a new unit. So we hired another well known A/C repair co to go back in and look at the unit. They reported to us, that there was no leak and the unit ran perfectly after they changed out the air filter. He did a good inspection on everything and everything was working properly. I think this company just wanted to replace parts not needed to be replaced, bc they knew it was going to be covered by a warranty company. I would not recommend this company or the 2-10 home buyers warranty company. Needless to say, we denied the work from Milton's!!
