Description of Work: I am replacing flooring throughout the house. We decided to start with one room. I know nothing about hardwood or laminate flooring. Kenneth was very helpful and answered all my questions. He even showed us pictures of installed flooring that we were considering and made recommendations based on the where the floor would be installed. We spent quite a bit of time there and he was very professional and did not rush us. That was one of the best experiences I have had shopping for flooring. I had been to other stores and did not get the level of help and information that Kenneth gave us. We did purchase the flooring and all the extra things needed for installation. The flooring had to be ordered, but it arrived at their warehouse today, a very fast delivery. We are using our own contractor rather than Lumber Liquidators, but we still were treated wonderfully.
