Knox Pest Control

We could not be more pleased with Knox. We switched after being with one of the big national pest control companies for about 20 years. Should have switched years ago. They did what they said they would when they said they would. The work was performed by long-term employees, which is a big consideration for my wife.

They come every two months. I pay $55 every two months.

We have been using them for 5 years and they always do a good job.

They do a fine job and I don't have any bugs.

It's been pretty good with the pest control especially. I haven't had any issues with them. The lawn service is okay; I am keeping it so it is probably descent but pest control I haven't had an issue.

The had courteous service. I elected to get someone else to finish the job of repairing the raccoon's entrance; this service was not completed but was paid in full prior to promised committment.

After hearing what sounded like a good size critter in my wall, I called Knox Pest Control to come take a look. The gentlemen who came were very professional and thorough, and after spending a great deal of time here, confirmed that the work I had inquired about was not necessary. They could have charged me a significant amount for something that was not necessary (traps and repairs), and I would never have known the difference. They instead told me that particular work was not needed. I will definitely use them for all my pest control needs from now on, because of their honesty. These folks are people you can trust.

annual inspection- pretty standard experience

The technician we use is wonderful. I have used them for a long time.

I use them once a month. If I see bugs or have an issue, they will not charge me extra to come back out. I have had the same bug man for a while. We have a nice relationship. We have been very happy with them. He does an awesome job! I will use him again in the future.
