He explained that what I was asking for wasn't really needed I only need to do etc... that is awesome! most times contractors don't advise customers that just do what you ask. I will definitely use him again!

John Parker delivered what he said he would do and more. I intend to use him for future projects.

John Parker is great to work with. He told me on the phone that he lost his painter and so we wouldn't be able to do the painting and wallpaper job that I asked him about. But he was willing to look at another job I needed him to do. He replaced the power roof fan and noticed the wiring that was done previously was faulty and dangerous. He replaced it and only charge me for the extra materials, no additional labor.

Johnny Parker was one of the only Handy Men to actually come out and give me an estimate. His pricing was fair and he was punctual each day. He and his crew did an excellent job and I'd highly recommend him.
