Description of Work: Leaks in roof. Overhang and gutter. The roofer did an excellent job. The overhang was very good . The gutter was placed in excellent.

Description of Work: I contacted J and G to get an estimate on gutter repair and exterior painting. They sent out a sales rep right away. He called me several times to reassure me that he was working on an estimate. I asked that the estimate be emailed to me but he insisted he come and review it with me and my husband. His presentation seemed rehearsed and too good to be true. He offered a lifetime warranty on everything. However, he couldn't commit to exact details on work to be performed. We initially signed the contract and paid half down which is required. The contract states that it can be cancelled within 3 days. I called back the following day to cancel the contact. I was told that I would need to send a letter by certified mail to receive my money. I spoke directly with owner and felt this business to be unprofessional. I cancelled the check and was very relieved to get my money back. I would be very hesitant hiring this company.
