Sam and J&G is AWESOME!!! He's very professional and provide exceptional service. His staff is friendly, punctual, and clean. I have dealt with several construction companies in Columbus and J&G is the best and have exceeded my expectations. They installed roofs on 2 of my rental properties and I have no intentions of ever using any one else for roofing. My inspector, Lance, went back to inspect the roof and he even said that the workmanship is superior and hope to use J&G for his roofing needs. I can't THANK J&G enough for the seamless experience.

I sent a message through Angie's List but never received an acknowledgment or reply. It clearly shows in my messages that it was produced. This was very disappointing given the good reviews that led me to choose to reach out to them in the first place.

J&G HomeRenovations worked with my business to perform services with minimal interruption. They made special arrangements to start on a Sunday to minimize disruption of my business. During the job one of the sales persons not working on the job even stopped by to make sure things were going smoothly and find out if there was anything he could do to help. The messiest part of the job was sanding the cases. This was going to create the most severe dust. I was concerned about the rest of the store getting covered in dust, ruining clothing and jewelery and just making a terrible mess for us to clean up. J&G did a phenomenal job of preparing the job, enclosing the work areas from floor to ceiling with plastic, and using drop cloths greatly reducing any dust. In fact we expected to have a big clean up, but were shocked at how little dust got past their enclosures. The workers really did a good job of finding out my needs and doing a job that was so much better than I expected. It seemed like they did the work as if it were being done at their own homes. When the paint they purchased was not what I wanted, without question, they went and purchased the brand and type of paint I preferred (I should have told them before they purchased the paint.) They tried a coat of varnish on the cases, but the product just did not look good. They were not happy and re-sanded and painted again. All in all they sanded, wiped, placed a primer and put coats of paint and retouched up areas. The cases, 8 of them, look better than they ever did and I am thrilled with the way they turned out. You are welcome to come to The Beadcage and see the finished work. Most days the crew was punctual. I understand this is their busy time and when compared to other companies we have used, they were more punctual than most. No one was taking smoke breaks during their work or smoking on property, they were dressed nicely. Most of my customers are women so it makes a difference who we have working in the store, and other than the smell of oil based paint, we hardly knew they were there. They were all very polite, They cleaned up and left my floors around the area looking better than when they arrived. They did not leave trash laying around, they only left the drop cloths around the cases with wet paint signs. I have used J&G at my home to build an attic bedroom. They also did repair work on my roof that was installed poorly by another contractor and they fixed the problem. I'm so happy with the work this company does. If they are not the least expensive, I don't mind, as their prices have always been reasonable and I have always been happy with the finished product. I plan on having them back to my home to do gutters with their new gutter system and I am also getting them to put their new Sunrise windows in my home.

Excellent! I called on a Friday (the Friday before thanksgiving no less), asking for a free quote and told them I needed it done ASAP because our insurance was going to drop us if we didn't take care of it. They were out Saturday morning to take a look, and gave us a quote. We set up an appointment for the following Tuesday to fix it, they called Monday and let us know a storm was supposed to be headed in so they wouldn't be able to do it Tuesday, and offered to do it right then instead so that we were taken care of. We told them to go ahead but that we were going to be out there we would have to pay them later, they said that was fine and that they would head out to do it. By the time I got home, it was done and they were gone. Everything was completely cleaned up like they had never even been there. I went by and paid them about a week later. They asked how it looked, if I liked it and made sure we weren't having any problems with it. They were great! Also, there was a 5 yr warranty on their work!

It worked out well. I have some additional problems but they came back and took care of it. It did come out okay. The price system includes the roof and everything together. They started at 200 and then we got the painting done. That was 1500.They gave me the discount for the usual gift from Angie's List so that was 300 off from that. It was very reasonable because I had three estimates. They came in as the medium ones who want to give the Angie's List discount so they ended up being the cheapest ones.I was very pleased with the pricing. The quality of the end result is good. It's just that the quality of the first is like that. It was not the quality that I want so they came back and they made what it should be. They were very professional.

I have a composite siding, so they had to pull off a lot of stuff and put up fresh new stuffs. I had four people give me estimates and J&G Home Renovations were very reasonable. The reason I went with them was because they were a member of Better Business Bureau and they have an A+ rating from them, so that this why I kind of went with. The gutters that they put up were metal gutters and I had wood rot because of the way the rain falls on my house. So they had to pull up several sections. In the front because of the company that I had hired to do the roof had cut my gummies for and water had come behind above the windows, so they had to rip out the rooted wood from there and rebuilt that portion of it. I also had wood rot in the front so they rebuilt that repainted. They also built like a cabinet door. So they did a lot of work. Their price was reasonable for all the work that they did. They did beautiful work.

They are very professional. They did everything that they said that they would do. I actually referred them to someone else!

I requested an estimate and Sam from J&G arrived on time and was happy to listen to and answer all my questions. He explained the different options I had available such as drip edges and gutter screens and after accepting his estimate, his team arrived a few days later and within hours I had new gutters across the front of my house. His team were also friendly, professional and cleaned everything up when they were finished. They even fixed a small piece of loose wood on the corner of my house that I asked about. My new gutters look great and as it has rained a few times since they went up, I can verify they work great. I would recommend J&G anytime and would definitely use them again!

J&G were one of the gutter contractors that I had an appraisal from to fix and redo some gutter work. They were very courteous, professional, and responsive to what I wanted done. I gave them a "B" because I chose another contractor that had some additional ideas and suggestions that I felt were more appealing even though I had to wait longer and pay a little bit more. Otherwise, I would have gone with J&G.

We replaced both with a metal roof. J & G was prompt and all work was done in a professional manner and their price was well under several other estimates I received. The roofers were here when they were suppose to be and were very nice and all work was done to our satisfaction. We would definitely use them again.

I was a little surprised at the cost. It was more expensive than I thought it would be. The two negative comments I have is that 1) whenever the workers left for lunch or for the day they always left the gates to the back yard open. Having two dogs that have to go in the back yard, it would have been nice if the workers had closed the gates after they left. 2) I thought they would touch up the facia with paint where the paint had pulled off when they removed the old gutter system, but they did not. Also It would have been nice if while they had been up on the roof, if they had swept the leaves off the roof, but they did not. Overall, they did what they said they would when they said they would, so they get a solid B for that. And I will probably use them again.

.Sam arrived in a short time after my call and survey the job. He was extremely knowledgable and professional in explaining the problems with my old roof and what would be required to correct them. His work crew arrived on time and did an excellant job in replaceing the roof. Sam returned and inspected the job, had them correct a couple of minor issues and additional corrected a problem with my ridge vent that was not part of the initial job. He gave me a 5 year warranty on the roof. After seven months of a very wet summer, I have no complaints with the roof.

My experience overall went excellently. They did the job perfectly. They even did extra work without charging. The staff was extremely friednly and professional. They were great with the clean up afterwards. I could not be happier with this company. I would highly recommend them to others.

J&G was a great company that exceeded my expectations. They communicated with me promptly, their workers were courteous and conscientious, and the work was just awesome. When it comes time for me to have my roof done, I will definitely call J&G again. They are a trustworthy company who does things right the first time. Well worth the money!

Came when he said he would come to give estimate and to begin and finish the work. Took no money until jobs were completed to my satisfaction. Exceptional quality work, and customer service. I have several jobs I will use this company for in the near future, to include a patio fence/gate installation and tile floor in basement.
