Description of Work: Ryan and company have always been there to provide great service. He returns calls, shows up when you says he is going to and is explains exerything he does. We have have using H2OME since day one and will continue to do so. I would also recommend them as a great company. Thanks Ryan!!

Description of Work: Had a sprinkler system already which he inspected and said needed some updating which he estimated to be around two to four hundred dollars. But sent out crew unsupervised and they made some errors and took extra time, etc. When I received the final bill, it was much higher than he had stated; and he gave little esplanation for that. Nevertheless, I paid promptly, and was supposedly added to his automatic maintenance plan, but never heard from him again, even after leaving several messages. He is very personable and establishes great raport, but the follow through and follow up was terrible. And the price was extremely high compared to the estimate, with little or no explanation as to why.

Description of Work: I called them se eral times to get an estimate. Left messages, but they never called me back! Lack of a response told me that they did not want my business...

Description of Work: The company's owner visited each time I've had work done. This last time, they came to fix my control system cabling. I had cut through the control wires with a hedge trimmer. I also had to have a sprinkler head moved. Ryan took time map out all my zones and reprogrammed my system for my lawn and plant needs. Ryan has also been very helpful with recommendations of other very good trades people.
