GiltFree Home Inspections provided excellent service in a very flexible and timely manner. They were patient and understanding, and have excellent communication skills! I was provided a full home inspection, top to bottom, inside and out, every tiny detail was well documented with pictures, some video, and adequate explanations for each item of interest. The recommendations and further referrals for other specialties (plumbing, roofing, etc.) helped me secure the much needed teams for repairs and projects at good prices. They helped navigate this process every step of the way and their digital process is simple and easy to use for review, contract agreements, and payment portal. 5 stars - absolutely recommend them for the Phenix City area. Thank you for you help and hard work Shane!
