Description of Work: Remove a fallen oak tree that was 82 feet long and 78 inches in diameter from my property. The tree fell in a wooded part of my property and denied this homeowner safe access to the rest of the property.

Description of Work: Amazing job bringing down a large pine tree. Clean up quite good.

Description of Work: Mr. Billy Foster with Foster's Tree service met with me at my home around 5:45 p.m. on 01/06/2014 to review and provide an estimate for the removal of a double Oak tree that was probably over 70 years old. The misshapen tree was beginning to die from several previous attempts at keeping roots from growing into both mine and my neighbor's driveways. Over the past 15 years I had hired out another tree service a few times to have dead limbs cut out. For me it was a hard decision to have the old growth tree removed but it was dying and wound up being a cost effective decision.

Description of Work: Mr Foster showed up the same day I called,gave us an estimate to prune an old,large Maple tree that had many dead limbs in it.also to cut 2 tall pine trees between our and the next house.

Description of Work: Mr. Foster and his team removed a large dead tree from my backyard and they trimmed a big oak limb that was hanging over the roof.

Description of Work: Huge forked limb hanging over neighbor's yard into mine and was afraid it would fall on my roof at some point. Was presently dropping minor limbs. Also had another tree from behind my fence that needed limb trimming as it was just shading my yard too much and dropping to many leaves and such in the Fall.

Description of Work: I had a dead 75ft tall pine tree that was leaning toward my rental house. I was recommended to Billy Fosters Tree service. I arranged to have the tree removed on Friday at 9:30. They had already had the tree gone when I arrived there at about 11:00. They were cleaning up and were about to leave. I would definitely recommend them. They were also about $500.00 less than other estimates I had got.

Description of Work: I have used Foster's Tree Service in the past. Mr. Foster & his crew are punctual and very professional.They do a very thorough job on the clean-up afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone needing to have a tree removed, or just trimmed. I had a very large pine tree that needed to be cut down in my backyard & trim the one in the front yard.

Description of Work: Billy Foster was great to work with. I got his name from a friend and then checked him out here on Angies... He was not the first guy I called though.I called four services to check on a large pine tree, plus a few needed trimmings on other trees. All the services spotted the need to take down the problem tree. They also all spotted the dead branches on other trees that needed removal. The prices ranged from $1400 up to $2500. Actually, the three lowest all came in between 1400 and 1700. The 2500. Billy showed up the day I called and was the only one of the four to hand me a written estimate. I asked about insurance and Billy wrote down the number of his insurance agent, whom I called to confirm coverage. I've been told to check that the coverage will cover any damage should the tree service drop anything on the house. I've also been told to find out that the company has workers comp and/or coverage should the workers get injured. I ask the agent about the workers comp and he said that hardly any service has this coverage. I asked, "what if the worker gets hurt?" The reply was that GA law requires employers to care for injured workers, so, they should be taken care of. (I my research, one of my four companies claimed to offer worker's comp. That was the $2500 guy.)
