Description of Work: Extremely Disappointed with follow work and additional guttering! When we first contracted for several thousand dollars in gutters a few years ago they were prompt and did a good job. Later contacted for follow up work and they did an estimated and cashed my deposit check of $370 dollars in June 17. Have promised and txt me several times to come and do the job ! But nearly 8 months later Mr Swain never returned even after getting my $370 deposit money! They do even have enough respect for their customer's to return calls or txt's. CAUTION when doing business with a firm that takes your money and never does the requested job. I will file a complaint with the BBB. Fred Hart

+ -1 moreWaited for over two months after paying 500.00 down payment. They kept promising to show up several times, but did not, and did not get in touch about any delay. I finally told them to forget it and to return my down payment, which was dine after a few weeks.

After deposit made, was advised work would begin in 4 - 6 weeks. 11 weeks later, no work started and no reply to my emails. Received phone call from Bill (owner) after filing complaint with Better Business Bureau. Bill agreed to refund my money which was to be sent out "tomorrow". 11 days later, still no refund and, of course, no reply to email. Filed a follow up complaint with BBB.

Description of Work: I didn't really want to give them a grade, unless they had an option to put "incomplete". Basically had Bill come out and look at my issue and then asked for a bid for the work. No bid, no call. I already had two other bids so no biggie. I incorporated one idea that he shared with me so it wasn't a total loss.

Description of Work: Gutters, drainage. Came right away for estimate and helped me figure out the solution I wanted. After the work they came back because Bill wasn't completely happy with the way it looked. Just had a thunderstorm and all the gutter water got piped away just like I wanted. They didn't exceed original estimate. There was a few weeks between estimate and the job, so you may want to clarify time frame if you need the work done in a hurry, but once they showed up was non-stop until completed.

+ 0 moreAfter I posted this review the company sent me a refund check for $379.20 to cover the materials that were never delivered or installed.
Description of Work: In the fall of 2012 we contracted with this company to install seamless guttering around our home. This was the second time we had worked with them,the first job was a French Drain installation.The price quoted & the warranty offered was inline with other bids we had received. Almost immediately after completion we started to have problems. At first they were very responsive to my concerns but when the same problems kept occurring after a heavy rain in areas that were supposedly 'fixed' my phone calls & e- mails started to be ignored. In an attempt to make the Company honor it's Warranty & also receive a refund of roughly $375.00 for extra materials never delivered or installed,I filed a compliant with the BBB. After 3 months I was contacted by the BBB saying they were closing the file as the Company had ignored all requests for a response. I have since had to pay a different Guttering Company to resolve all of the problems basically caused by a very poor (& expensive) installation job. If considering guttering, I would recommend you go elsewhere, & never pay for extra materials until they are delivered!!

+ 0 moreCame promptly after initial call to assess, offer options and estimates. Received email contract with estimate in 72 hours. Scheduled installation at our convenience. Requested 40% deposit on gutter materials which was sent by mail within 2-3 days of receiving contract. Failed to provide receipt for deposit in spite of three requests. Arrived one hour late on installation day but went to work promptly and finished job by mid afternoon. Replaced all soil and sod. Crew was professional, didn't waste time, took exactly one hour for lunch. Upon completion accepted payment by mail with a personal check.
Description of Work: Installed 45 ft. of alum gutter to west side of house, connecting to existing gutters on the south and west corners. Connecting the new gutter to downspout and then underground plastic drainage tubing approx. 55feet to rear property line to facilitate drainage of rainwater away from house and composite fencing.

+ -1 moreWanted an estimate for an irrigation system we are planning to have installed. Bill, from ExStream water solutions was very responsive. After setting up a time to meet, he called before the meeting to confirm. He was very thorough and detailed in his planning and mapping out of the system. Bill also listened to any input or concerns we had and even brought examples of materials they would be using. When we do have the system installed we would not hesitate to use ExStream Water Solutions. -UPDATE- Well, we had the system installed and couldn't be more satisfied. After confirming with Bill, supplies were delivered and the work began. The crew was very professional and punctual. Bill answered our many questions with professionalism and patience and always kept us informed on progress. After the install, Bill thoroughly explained the controls as well as water conservation methods. The entire experience went better than I expected.
