We are under a contract. They come out twice a year where we do a twice a year maintenance. The owner’s name is Tony. They may have come out in the middle of summer when we had air conditioning problems. They are great. We have been lived here for 17 years. We use them for our business as well. They once put out a block of ice for us. Their service techs and the whole office are very professional. If it's an emergency situation they would make sure that they get here as soon as possible. I trust them implicitly to be in our home. They are very honest and accurate. If something is not fixed they would keep coming back until it is done. They are fairly priced too.

They arrive exactly when they said they would. The AC/HTG unit is in the backyard. Since I have dogs I recommended that they come through the house to avoid the dog poop. Every time they came through the house they wore booties. They were professional, courteous and treated me with respect. I asked a lot of questions and they answered every one. I decided to set-up a service agreement with them and they offered me 3 ways to pay - all at once, a little each month, or at the time of servicing. I would highly recommend them.

I called to have someone come fix my air conditioner because it stopped cooling all of a sudden. I called around 11, they had someone out by 2:30 and it was fixed by 3. The service tech and the person I talked to on the phone were both pleasant and professional. I gave a B for price because the diagnostic itself costs $68 so I was charged $50 for the very small amount of work performed (no parts or materials were required). All in all a pleasant experience, just would like to have paid less.

They had a 24hour emergency call. I made an appointment for the following morning and they came right out. I was real pleased with their service. They told me what was wrong. They got up on my attic, it was like a 150 degrees up there. They talked to me about what could have prevented this and explained everything to me. They were real nice, my family was home. I signed up for their biannual service program. They came out in July. Instead of charging me for an emergency service they charged me for a regular service. The price was in line with what they charge for buying the whole service. Their response was pretty quick and their price was great.

We have used them once or twice. We received a refund from them because they sold a service contract on a unit that needed to be replaced. I wasn’t very happy about that. They serviced the air conditioner and put Freon in it. It leaked back out. They came back and serviced it again and the same thing happened. They came out again. I called some other people to check it and they said that the unit should not have been serviced. Their price was the highest of anybody.

From the initial phone call to the actual performance of the maintenance services, their staff was friendl and professional.

My AC drain line through the attic sprang a leak. I called Energy Savers Monday morning and they were at my house at 3 pm that same afternoon. They were very prompt and very professional. He assessed the problem, informed me of what he found, left to get the parts he needed to do the job, completed the job and cleaned up after himself. They are a bit high but I did not have to wait til the next day or longer to actually get the job finished. All total it only took about 2-3 hours from the time of the initial appointment to completion of the job. No hassle about them needing to come back another day or putting it off because he did not have the parts he needed with him. He got the job done right then and there. I will definitely use them again.

I requested a job survey of replacing the original heat pump system that came with my house when I bought it. The representative that Energy Savers sent was very professional and covered the entire job step by step and gave me several options as to type and cost of systems that would be the most effective in providing my home with comfort during the winter and summer here in Alabama. After reviewing his survey, I decided to go with a four ton Carrier unit that was all included in one outside unit (heat pump, condenser and blower). The job also included installing new duct work. The job was scheduled for a Friday and the work crew of five arrived at approximately 8:30am and work started immediately. Even though this job was being performed during an extremely cold day, it did not slow them down at all. Before I knew it, there was old ducts and equipment everywhere in my yard. Though they did run into some problem areas with the ducts and intake plenum, the workers were highly experienced and solved problems with little trouble, though it sometimes took more labor than they had planned for. With the amount of work to be done, I wondered if the job would be done in one day as promised, but to my surprise, by the time 4:30pm came around they had cleaned all the old ducts and equipment from my yard and had my system working fine. I am glad I had them install this system as we are in the middle of an unusually cold winter and my home is now more comfortable than it has ever been. I give an A+ to Energy Savers and the crew they sent out as they were very friendly and willing to stop and explain everything they did as they were doing it. They were very professional and did not hesitate to make sure that I was satisfied with all the work they performed
