It was excellent. They were very professional and prompt. They cleaned up well. They did a good job installing the unit.

This work was for the house (we own) in which our daughter and grandson live in Columbus, GA. Professional, comprehensive, complete, and courteous from start to finish. Worked with Sales and Installation manager, Keith Kinchen. I handled all matters with Keith over the phone until work complete, while my daughter was onsite while the work was being accomplished. I met with Keith after project complete, and he personally walked me through the project from end-to-end, provided instruction and tips, and answered all questions. Keith was very approachable and easy to deal with. He was candid and presented me with a comprehensive approach to my HVAC needs tailoring options to my requirements and budget. His company also offered financing options which we took advantage of (3 yrs, zero percent interest). Certainly minimized our out-of-pocket expenses. Also, provided a military discount. Feedback from my daughter with respect to the team onsite accomplishing the work: Work started on-time and completed per the estimate; brought in a full team versus just one or two workers (the appropriate number needed to complete the work without delay); all team members seemed qualified; installation was complete (no corners cut); most appreciated that the team cleaned up all materials and debris at completion of work. Energy Savers also provides our winter and spring HVAC tune-up. I like that the company sends out an email to the homeowner/renter when technician is dispatched that includes a picture of the technician for easy recognition.

First of all we need to say is they were the best from start to finish. We couldn't have been happier with the work done. They were a little more then the other companies but Mike Gunter made me feel comfortable and the work and all is finished and we are very very happy. They worked with financial arrangements and everything. I would recommend them to anyone, that wants the job done correctly. Great company.

My experience with Energy Savers started with having them look at and service my old heat pump. They've always been very prompt and professional. One thing I like is that I see the same contractors for servicing every time. They remember the system and I don't have to catch them up on what's been going on. A small leak developed into a large leak in the inside coil of my heat pump, which was an R-22 unit. After considering the pricing of repair vs. new, I chose to go with a new unit. I looked around and chose to stay with Energy Savers because of how they had done service in the past. As expected, the old unit died during peak season. The unit had lost almost all the refrigerant. After signing on for the new unit, because they couldn't come for a few days, they refilled my old unit. It would have cost quite a bit, and yes I know they still made money, but it was a nice touch and I was very glad to be cool again. The install itself was really quick (less than a day), and I was back to having AC. I really like the unit. It really made a huge difference on cooling and heating costs. A leaky system costs more to operate, but when you can go through a summer and not hit $100 on your power bill, I call that a win. The folks at Energy Savers have always been very flexible, very responsive, and trustworthy.

Multiple visits this summer, returned aging units to good working order. One visit was complimentary since they felt they had overlooked something on previous visit. Very reliable over last 8 years. Not sure if they are the most affordable service or not, but they have not given me any reason to look elsewhere. Technicians are consistently courteous and professional.

Our AC stopped working during a heatwave in August. They had to order the coil from Carrier & we were told it would be a 3 day wait. They were able to get the material in within 2 days and installed it the next business day. In the meantime they loaned us a small window AC unit so that we could cool a bedroom for our children. That was a really nice gesture and greatly appreciated.

It went fine. I pay for Angie's List and I don't mind a quick checkbox review but this is a bit much. I'll not fill out any of these again unless you want to provde your service free.

we had a issue with this service provider but found them to be fair and honest in there follow up to the issue. We would give them a second chance due to there honesty.

They put the system in while short handed of folks. I had trouble with it in the beginning, but they finally got it to work. I paid them yearly to service the system for the AC and for the Heat. They would give me times but mostly did not come within the time they stated. The last two times they came after 5:00. The service person was upset because he had to come after hours. When this happen again, I requested that the service man not show up and I cancelled. I got this note from Mr. Bell that he was sorry and I did get my contracted money back. I was not treated with respect so I will not go back. I also asked around if it was a fair price for the unit and I was told my some that they could have put the unit in at a reduced cost...this of course was just talking with others.

They called to confirm appointment, were on time and provided an estimate while they were there. Very professional

It went very well. They did a good job. They provided like emergency care for your air conditioning if some things went wrong.

They do that so when they actually do the repair then you can turn into George of power and you get a rebate. We ended up getting a $1500 rebate from George of power after they did the work. They are responsive. If you have an emergency need, which we had in the past, they would do everything to come out on the same day. They will come out 24 hours a day because you have to pay for that but they will do that if you need them. A lot of their service men have been with them for a long time, so we get to know their service men and we know they are reliable. They always stand behind their service. They do a good job.

We have a contract with them. Twice a year, they come out to do the yearly check up from cooling to heating. We don’t pay anything extra unless they have to do some repairs. It falls under warranty for certain amount time.

They installed a new air conditioning unit about nine years ago. They're excellent.

I'm adding to my previous review. Energy Savers STANDS by their work! They offer exceptional follow-up service and if there is ANY issue with their services perform! While my particular installation is problematic and requires additional steps to complete the installation; Energy Savers continues to stand by their work! The customer service is exceptional! I hope my install is completely resolved, but I have many assurances that it will!

If you need a new heat pump/air conditioning system, this company is the one to use. We were given first-class service from the original estimate to the finished installation. They were always there when they said they would be. Our complete system was installed in one day. They were very professional and left our house in absolutely pristine condition.

My A/C was not cooling like it should, so I called to make an appointment with Energy Savers. Making the appointment was easy, and I was able to schedule for someone to come out quickly. The technician came out on time. So no issues there. According to the technician, the coils needed to be cleaned and Freon needed to be added. He also fixed some sort of leak in the attic unit. All went well as far as I know. The only thing I noticed was that the technician seemed a little stressed.

A wonderful experience. Tech is well-trained, intelligent, and professional and willing to answer questions. Energy Savers also performs yearly tuneup on furnace. Both furnace and A/C operate at optimum performance. Wouldn't want our furnace and A/C serviced by any other company. Energy Savers and its employees are top notch.

The project went very well. They showed up on time. Had some equipment problems, but they were able to get them resolved and completed the job on schedule. They completed all the necessary paperwork to obtain a cash rebate from Georgia Power.

I have used Energy Savers for several years. I used to be an elementary school counselor and his wife worked at the school with me. So...this was the main reason I initially selected Bill Bell, the owner of Energy Savers. The reason I have stayed with them is their dependability, personal and professional rapport and reasonable cost. We purchased a new unit last summer with the assistance of Bill. He did not try to sell us on "the most expensive" unit. Rather he went over options, cost and what to expect with each unit. The one we selected , which Bill did recommend, has cut our electric bill almost in half. Not only are their services excellent, they are a wonderful, Christian family. I highly recommend Energy Savers.

Timely. Bumper to bumper expertise.

This is correction of previous review. indtalled new ducts & insulation. final price paid for both was price which was quoted. The only item I disagreed with was R 38 insulation. it was lots higher than R30 & I thought, too high. Overall, work was satisfactory & completed when promised.

There was a problem with a way to place or replace filters in the unit. Jack Warren was contacted and we met and discussed the situation. A resolution was found on how to replace and was scheduled quickly. I believe it was cost effective for Energy Savers and easier for me to replace the filters.
