Description of Work: looked for a leak in A/C compressor did not find one. contacted home builder installer (2 1/2 years old) they found leak in a conspicuous spot. If I followed energy savers recommendation it would be wrong and could have cost me quite a bit of money.

Good morning [member name removed], I regret that our technician didn't find the leak with his leak detector. They are all instructed to do a basic leak search any time they find a system low on refrigerant before offering to do a comprehensive leak search with dye and UV light. I tried contacting you this morning but the number that I have is no longer in service. I will have our bookkeeper to cut a check today for a refund of your service invoice since we were unable to find your leak. Feel free to call me anytime to discuss this or any other matter. It is very frustrating to me when we spend money to advertise for new customers only to have to turn them away when the hottest weather arrives. There are a few days during the year that we do get over ran with calls from our existing customers as well as new customers and this past week has certainly been one of those times with heat indexes hitting over 100 degrees. I am truly sorry that we were unable to respond when you needed us and I would love to introduce you to our services by allowing one of our Trust Certified maintenance technicians to come out for a courtesy Fall Precision and Safety Inspection before the weather turns cool. Description of Work: Replaced our heating and air-conditioning system. They were excellent in their work and professionalism. I can't remember the total cost, but they gave us two or three options, and explained the differences. We were very happy with their work, and I would recommend them without reservation. We are in an older home, and they replaced ducts and kept working to fix every problem encountered.
