Eiland Pools

I have mixed feelings about my experiences with Eiland Pools that makes this a difficult review to write... The initial work (wall repair, new liner, salt system installation) was done in June 2013 and went very smoothly. I still have a beautiful pool that is easy to maintain. The cost of this work seemed very reasonable for the amount of work done. Then things started to get frustrating... I had problems with the salt system and it took FOREVER to get someone out to take a look. Their in-house technician replaced the board but I soon was having the problem again. As it turned out, it was a known manufacturers problem (they didn't tell me this at the time) and the manufacturer had to send someone to look at it and it finally did get fixed or replaced, but it was MONTHS LATER. While they were doing the initial work, we decided to change to a cartridge filter rather than sand. The filter was delivered and put in my back yard where it SAT FOR MONTHS. I called many times and had decided that if it was not installed by the first of December, I was just going to return it to the store. It was installed sometime in late October or November. My most recent attempts to use Eiland Pools was in the spring of 2014. I was getting the pool ready to use and found that my skimmer was not pulling. I called several times and was always told that someone would contact me an come take a look. Never happened and I had to find someone else to help with that problem. Having said all that, I do have a beautiful pool and I would like to use Eiland Pools again if they would just answer my service calls.

I wasn't home, so I guess it was fine. He had several people with him I think. Everything is fine, I'm impressed with all that.
