Low price but difficult to get in touch with and product quality is suspect. They seem to use an answering service and call backs can take days or never happen. Most of my cameras broke and my window alarm panel did as well. When I tried to change to a different company after my contract period, Eagle refused to provide the necessary code to reroute the service. Kind of figures. When I did manage to contact them and have them come to do service Russell was professional and nice. I would trust him to be in my home. This service is probably best for someone on a tight budget that doesn't see a big need for a lot of maintenance.

Security system functioned ok. Cheap price. But you get what you pay for. They had a third party answering service that couldn't answer any questions, just said the owner would call you back. When I didn't hear back I got tired of the run around wrote to cancel my service they. They did. I then had to ask for a code number so the new provider could hook up their connection. Eagle refused to give it so I got stuck with a big bill. You get what you pay for. If price is your main issue, then ok use these guys but don't ever plan to change providers.
