Dependable Drywall and Tile Company

The pro did multiple small jobs and a small concreate job. He stayed within my budget and completed all jobs in one day. He was on time and showed up when he said that he would. Highly recommend his company.

Was quoted one price and as soon as he was hired it doubled. Shower worked and was fine at first but the head was cracked. He came out and fixed the head so we thought. Tried to take a shower and the new head came completely off on inside of wall and shower wal is now buckled away from caulk seam. Tried calling him several tiles. Never provided a receipt to my elderly father.

I met Richard via Angieâ s list, and he agreed to help me do some renovations in a rental house. He knew I was in from out of town and had a certain time frame to get the work done. Richard and his team showed up the 1st day and worked on half of the projects and Richard assured me that he would be back to work with me on finishing up. He only came back once in the middle of the night when we couldnâ t get much work done. After that he quit answer my phone calls and stop responding to text as well. In addition, Richard had sent his painter Bobby to paint the entire inside of the house. Bobby did about ½ of job and quit without even given me the courtesy to say the job was too big for him and that he wouldnâ t be able to finish on time. Luckily, I was resourceful enough to find painters/tile workers to come in the same day Bobby was a no show and finished up on schedule at a cheaper rate than I had been quoted. Iâ m not sure as to why they were so unprofessional towards me! I would not recommend them as they will take advantage of your kindness without giving it a second thought.

FOUND RICHARD ON ANGIS LIST CALLED WITHIN MINS. VERY NICE AND PROMPT TO LOOK AT JOB CEILING REPAIR TO START WITH WHICH HE NEVER CAME BACK WITH A SECOND CAN SPRAY AS PROMISED AFTER GETTING PAID $325.00 CASH. I SHOWED HIM KITCHEN CABINETS THAT WERE BEING DONE AND UNFINISHED AND HE HUSTLED ME TO CORRECT THE PREVIOUS KITCHEN CABINET PAINT JOB. HE TOLD ME HE COULD DO THEM RIGHT. HE POINTED OUT ALL THE MISSED PLACES AND BAD WORKMANSHIP FROM OTHER COMPANIES AND WANTED TO GET STARTED RIGHT AWAY. AFTER THEY SAID THEY WERE DONE I RETURNED FROM WORK AND TEXTED PICS ABOUT SEVERAL ISSUES. CREW CAME BACK PROMISED TO REDO AND SAID I WOULD LOVE THEM. THEN WHEN THEY LEFT DOORS AND DRAWERS OPENED TO DRY AND I WENT OUT OF TOWN AND RETURNED TO SAY THEY DID NOT PAINT THEM AS PROMISED OR REPAIR THEM CORRECTLY. ALSO, PUT HANDLES AND HINGES ON CROOKED AND BLEMISHES AS WELL AS LOTS OF BAD PLACES. HE CAME TO SEE THEM AND TOLD ME THEY PAINTED THEM AND I SAID THEY COULD NOT HAVE PAINTED THEM CORRECTLY FOR ALL THE MISSED PLACES AND HE SAID THEY DID. I HAD TWO PEOPLE WITH ME TO HEAR AND SEE THE BAD WORKMANSHIP BUT HE ROLLED HIS EYES AND SAID HE WAS LEAVING AND HE WALKED OUT AND DROVE OFF. OF COURSE, HE ALREADY ASKED FOR CASH AND HAD BEEN PAID $1,800.00. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED I TRUSTED HIM AND HE DID NOT FEEL RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS CREWS WORKMANSHIP I THOUGHT HE WAS A GOOD HONEST MAN.

Hired Richard to replace some kitchen backsplash tiles and a bathroom floor tile. The kitchen tiles were replaced satisfactorily, but have yet to be grouted. The bathroom tile was a replacement for a poor job done by Richard the first time (bare concrete was showing on both sides of the toilet when I sat it in place. His people cut the toilet hole too big the first time and did it again the second time. I made the mistake of paying them in full that day. It was agreed between us that Richard would come back to finish within the next few weeks thereafter. I also had them install a toilet flange to the concrete floor that was done the same day that was misaligned about the toilet hold-down bolt holes. I contacted Richard the day after job completion and raised my concerns. He assured me that he would get back out there and make the necessary repairs. I called and texted Richard for a MONTH thereafter and got nothing but song and dance, then he stopped answering my calls or texts altogether. So, here it is almost four months since the job was partially done and I have been left hanging. This is VERY unprofessional on Richards part. I thought we had a good working relationship as he has done other jobs for me. I thought I would not have any problem getting him to finish, so I trusted him and paid him. Boy, was I dead wrong! Would NOT recommend his company to anyone at this point! If anyone out there chooses to use him, do not pay until the job is done to completion. Do not be a trusting fool like me who thought that a so-called Christian was good at his word.

Excellent professional workmanship. Richard and his crew know their job. They were efficient, polite and prompt. Once finished hanging the wall Richard retuned to ensure that it was to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate recommending Dependable Drywall ant Tile to anyone.
