Description of Work: We built a new home and Deals/Payless Granite were the subcontrator for the cabinets through out the home(Kitchen & bathrooms). We have had nothing but trouble with the kitchen cabinets. Two drawers that the bottoms have pushed out of the side frames and the easy closures have not functioned and even after "repairs" that we struggled to have done, the easy closures on two drawers still not functioning. They do not respond to requests for contact to discuss and resolve issues. It was like pulling teeth. If I knew when we started what I know now I would have requested a different subcontractor be used. It hurts to write such a bad reveiw but I would not recommend them.

 + 0 moreThe whole process went really well. The whole project took only three days. I was very impressed by the work that was done.
Description of Work: They came and tore down all the old cabinets, disconnected all the appliances and plumbing. Installed all the new cabinets, countertops and reconnect eveything plus new items that were purchased.

 + -1 moreThey were very accommodating. They did very good work. They had very good craftsmanship. They did really what we wanted. They were fast and they did make a couple of errors but they fixed it for us so they were no problems. They had made some measurement errors with the cabinet so they had to redo some. We weren't real happy with the stain on a couple of cabinets so they took it back to the shop and re-stained them. They were real accommodating if we weren't happy with something. We had a good experience. They were on the middle of the road with pricing and I know there are others that are more expensive.
