I had 3 estimates. Harold came the day after I called and made the BEST and most thorough inspection of the 3. His price was in the reasonable level for how much work needed to be done and based on how thorough his inspection and estimate were I hired him and he was here the day after the heavy rain. He and his crew worked quickly and efficiently, When I called about a couple of minor spots on the deck they were back the next to get them. We are very happy with the work.

Put in request through Angies List, he contacted me via message on website. Came out, looked at the repair, quoted me a price and gave me his card. I told him I needed it done ASAP. I sent him my contact information through text as he requested and here it is Thursday and I never heard back from him. Not good business.

Wife called and scheduled service. I had to leave the lawnmower longer, had gone out of town, and they were accommodating.

Mr. Page came out and looked at my leaning privacy fence, gave me an estimate of $2,200. I sent him a couple of emails suggesting a fix I had seen on the Internet. To be honest - he did look at them at Home Depot - but said they wouldn't work. He didn't answer my last email. My son came down from NC and used the things I had suggested to Mr. Page - voila!! My fence repair cost about $200 (free labor).

The water company found a leak from one of my sprinkler boxes and shut the water off. I have a ditch full of water that has come from the box. They are coming out to fix the leak. I have used him prior and he did a lot for the amount that I paid him. I called him and he is coming out in about 30 minutes.

I would ask for a break down in charges, rather than accepting a total charge.

Two service men consisting of the owner and a helper arrived on time and proceeded to check out problems I was having with my six-zone sprinkler system. They first found and repaired the controller for the system and recommended I continue to use that controller. I thought I would have to replace it. They then traced and found all the sprinkler heads and their individual controllers. They repaired one controller, cleaned, tested and adjusted all sprinkler heads. They also discussed with me an extension to the overall system to provide irrigation to another lawn area. They marked the locations for proposed new sprinklers and gave me a cost estimate. They spent about four hours on my property and were very professional, especially the owner of the company.

I was impressed by how prepared they were. They came out for an estimate but they were able to do the repair then as well. It was great service and they offered follow-up service for any other projects. They were very prompt.

We felt the work Columbus Outdoor Services provided was good and that their quote was fair. They did a good job cleaning up after their work.

He put in a more expensive sod than I asked him to and then came out and pulled up some bushes I wanted pulled up and he did it for free. Then it actually looked like I had a landscaped backyard. All I wanted was the flooding taken care of, which he did. He went above and beyond.

I was very pleased with the work that Harold performed on my property. I would recommend Harold to anyone that needs landscaping done around their property.

Not only did he fix the flooding problem, he removed 10 bushes I wanted to get rid of. He also landscaped the yard - far more than I had asked him to do. He also landscaped a problem area in my side yard with Zoysia, a far more expensive grass that the bermuda I asked him to install. He went above and beyond what work I expected out of him and didn't charge me one extra cent!!! It looks far beyond what I could ever expected my backyard to look like. Harold - you're my hero!!!
