Barbara (Bobbi) Smith who works at Coldwell Banker Kennon Parker Duncan and Key is the realtor who helped my wife an I find our home here in Columbus, Ga. We are taking the time to write this review because of the extra level of attentiveness and caring that Bobbi routinely displayed throughout our buying experience. She methodically walked us through a process to identify exactly what we wanted in a house and then brought us to candidates that were for sale. That is normal procedure for a realtor, but Bobbi really took it to the next level. Ultimately, my wife and I opted for new construction which means that our buying process was extended out over several months. My wife and I were out of town while the house was being built and Bobbi performed as our advocate with the builder even remembering details that we forgot. She seemed to always have us in mind and would exchange emails to settle details late into the evening. As we read this review over, my wife thinks that I should be even more effusive. In any event, buying a house through Bobbi has been a great experience and I would recommend working with her to close friends.
