Stood up 3 times in two days. First time said he forgot about appt. due to call about his truck. Made an appt for following day. Texted several times to say he was on his way, but never showed up and never called to say he was not coming. Appt was for 1:00 PM. Texted at 1:11 " I'll be there shortly. I haven't forgot". At 3:18 Texted "On the way" This was on Sat, July 25. Have not heard from him again. Totally not reliable or considerate of customer's time.

I clearly put that it was for a one time service. He tried to get us as a monthly customer. When I told him that we are on a fixed budget and $100 a month was more than we could afford, he sent a young man (late teens) and we never saw Mr. Burris again. There was grass clippings, limbs, and weeds left in the yard that we had to pay someone else to clean up.

Weather delays caused this to take much longer than it should. Job still not finished. I have been told it will be finished by Wednesday 26 June 2019. Chris and his are a great group of guys to work with.
