I had called numerous roofers without as much as a return phone call. I called this company and was surprised (and estatic) to recieve a call from David within the hour. We arranged to meet and survey what was needed, we contracted for them to begin work work. On the day they were to start the team (seemed lile twenty people) arrived and began to work. I watched them in fascination. I could see their reflections on the privacy fence and everyone was doing something, almosty synchronized. People on the ground were cleaning as pieces of old roofing was coming down. The completed a beautiful job in two days. David made sure I was introduced to the site manager and the project manager. I never received any pushback from anyone on any of my requests. Everything that was promised was upheld. Because I had inside damage also, the fact that they could do it all was helpful. Every single aspect of the job was handled to perfection and to my satisfaction.

Overall a very good experience. (Side note: roof re-shingling is EXPENSIVE!) Frankie was very easy to work with. I'd gotten several estimates and although this company's wasn't the lowest, it was in the range of the others. The roof had taken damage from the hail that had fallen several months prior when a big storm came through; we didn't realize how much. Anyway, it went really well. I've never had a roof re-done, so I didn't think to request if a narrow path could be left clear of debris (nails were my concern) so that I could take my dogs outside as needed...neither did anyone think to provide one or ask if one was needed. I don't "ding" the company for that, but it could be a thoughtful gesture for future jobs and it's a heads-up for other people with pets. The workers came bright and early and worked hard all day. The roof looks very nice, and thus far no leaks (no leaks expected, either!). The only negative is that despite a worker pushing around one of those magnet bars on wheels to gather up the stray nails, there were a rather disturbing number of them left behind. It's inevitable that there will be some nails behind after such a job, no matter how diligent the clean-up is, and since we own one of the wheeled magnet bars, I didn't worry about it at the time. But seriously, I found easily 200 nails here there and everywhere and I still haven't really rooted around in areas I'm not concerned about foot or vehicle traffic (such as in the shrubbery along the front of the house). It was particularly scary finding the ones that wound up near the driveway where the dumpster had been placed. (I hate flat tires, waiting for tire repairs, etc.) In addition, if I had young children, I'd be very concerned about them suffering a nasty nail injury playing outside. So that is my caution to fellow consumers: assume there will be nails, possibly a large number of them. The company could improve by having a second person do the same magnet-bar routine to get more of the ones that were missed on the first pass.

I called someone I don't remember who they said they would contact there local contractor and have them call me. No one ever called so no I wont use them again. Also at this point I am tired of getting all these request about how their service was. I am starting to regret signing up for this.

I have called this company for almost a month to have them come out to my property to look at a potential job. Every time I call I get told that someone is going to come out and they will get back with me. I last called them on 7/9/13 and the person I spoke to assured me that they would come out on 7/9/13 at 3:00 pm and call me at 4:00 pm to discuss the project. I have not heard nor seen anyone as of yet. Very disappointed!

Twice we set appointments with this roofer and twice he didn't show... didn't even call to say he could not make it.

America's Roofing is an excellent company around Columbus, GA. My experience was great. The roofing job was handled correctly. They handled all communications from the Adjustor, Insurance Company, etc. America's roofing will work hard to get you approved. The people that worked on the roof were excellent. I like the way they cleaned outside my house after the roof was done just to make sure they were not leaving any roof materials, nails, etc. The workmanship was superb. If you have insurance issues after the job is done, America's roofing will help you get it resolved. Insurance companies normally bully around customers but America's roofing stood up and fought for it. I was impressed and would recommend them for family members and friends. The name of the person that you need to talk to is DAVID. He's an expert and professional in his line of job.

They were efficient and did a good job and were professional. I got a referral from a neighbor for them. We will continue to use their services in the future.
