+ -1 moreMy wife and I decide to move here in Georgia to build our house. We asked America's Homes to pick a land that has a big backyard and usable. When I e-mailed them and asked for pictures, they would not send me one. When we saw the land, it was not what we wanted. Now, I have a lot of space not being used because I have a big slope behind my house. I was not satisfied with how it went. The supervision of the house was even poor. It has too many problems like the shower that was leaking. The drainage keep coming loose, it has poor quality. They are trying to deny everything and don't want to fix it. I even had to get a lawyer to make them fix it. I would not use them again and not recommend for anyone.
Description of Work: We used America's Home Place to build our house.
